From the moment your kid cuts their first tooth, our dentists and staff members at Acorn Dentistry For Kids work on preventing and treating pediatric dental concerns to help your child build a healthier smile! Pediatric dentistry is a dental specialty focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral health problems in children.
When Dr. Tim was looking for a place to make a difference and raise his own family, he chose Silverton, Oregon. He was drawn to the small-town feel and the friendly community, so he put down roots and created Silverton's only board-certified pediatric dentistry practice. He continues to open more locations, in Keizer, Corvallis, Hillsboro, and West Salem.
Dr. Michelle was born and raised in Michigan. She attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After two years of practice as a general dentist, she went on to complete a two and a half year residency in pediatric dentistry, and a Masters of Science in 2009, also from the University of Michigan.
Dr. Jennifer was born in Lubbock, Texas, but grew up in a little town in Northern California called Paradise. It was early on in high school that she knew that she wanted to become a dentist. Because of her passion for working with kids, she had her sights set on pediatric dentistry. Dr. Jennifer attended undergraduate school at California State University, Chico, and graduated with honors.
Dr. Tess is an East Coast native who spent most of her childhood in sunny Florida. She attended the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in science with honors. She attended the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry in Manhattan and completed a 1-year general practice residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, prior to starting her pediatric specialty training.

Surprisingly nice! Clean and efficient, great staff. Looking forward to continued patronage with my somewhat challenging to service kids. We've been to 5 different dentists, 2 of which were pediatric only practices, and this was definitely in the top 2 for overall experience in all areas that matter!

Had a good experience with the Doctor and service provided by them. But the front office staff did not do a good job. We had our 15 year old for dental treatment and we asked the front office about insurance coverage and co-pay and they verifed the same and confirmed the service is covered by Insurance and only co pay needs to paid. we paid off all our co-pay amount on the day of service itself. after 2 appointment and 3 months later we received a bill for the service again informing Insurance did not authorize 15 year old with this location and hospital. Now they turned this balance to debt collector

The assistants were extremely gentle and understanding of my anxious children. The experience started from the moment we walked in the door. The desk staff was so friendly, it almost felt like we were at Disney. Very interactive kids waiting room. Once in the dentists chair, the assistants made my kids feel so comfortable, using touch, smell and see methods so the kids were always aware of what was happening. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment they received from the staff at this office. The dentist was also very kind and gentle. Very informative so I left knowing exactly what to expect

The staff was incredibly friendly, they made the process extremely easy. They all are immensely patient and kind with the kids. I love their vocabulary they choose to use around the office to help make children feel more comfortable. I really appreciated that they engage the children’s natural curiosity and walk them through everything they are doing, and how the equipment works. Was truly such an wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE bringing my kids here and they love it too. That is the greatest thing of all! They are always patient and explain everything to my kids as if they care for my kids litle their own. The owner is amazing. The regular dentist is incredible. My kids continually ask when they can go to the dentist again. I am sad we are moving away and won't be apart of the Acorn family anymore. Go here! Seriously! It is the best! Thank you, Acorn!!

I’m so grateful to be able take my son here. He was thrilled the moment we walked in the door. There is a virtual playroom, cute wall decals, and plenty of books and toys. The wait was no more than 5 minutes. Because of this place his first trip to the dentist was a breeze! The staff was wonderful in every aspect and I can’t thank you all enough! We are looking forward to our next appointment.

I take issue with care providers not addressing my child directly and have experienced that at previous dentists/doctor’s offices. Dr. Tim and Karina were patient with my child and explained to him what they were doing and gave him choices. At 3 years old, he was terrified of the dentist from a previous experience. Their calm and friendly atmosphere eased the transition for us and ended with giving my son a happy experience at the dentist. Would highly recommend!!

I came to Acorn Dentistry looking for a second opinion and a better experience than I had at previous, popular pediatric dental office.
The moment my son who is 3 got there we see a tiny door next to the regular door just for the littles. So cute. My son was so excited about going in all by himself. The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Before the appointment kiddos get to pick a movie they want to watch during there appointment. They have an awesome gaming system that projects from the ceiling to the floor. It’s interactive for the kids and is so much fun for them. There was also
