Our family-owned beach condos feature wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Bittner Vacation Rentals is ideal for families with children! Thank you Scott for reaching out to us and assisting us with our needs regarding our home burning down during the recent hurricane Florence and flooding. Your patience and guidance was so instrumental in making everything possible and convenient for usl. The condo was exceptional and provided easy access to about anything anyone needed and it was roomy and clean.
We experienced a truly happy and carefree time at the condo. We found it clean and bright. The kitchen had everything we could have asked for. It was wonderful waking up early to view the sunrise from the spacious balcony. The oceanfront views were truly spectacular with wonderful ocean breezes. I would indeed come again to this property.

We have stayed at two of the owner's properties and my parents have stayed at a third. Units are clean, modern, and the views are spectacular! My family and I have enjoyed all of our vacations with Bittner Vacation Rentals. The amenities and service are top notch. Scott is very easy to work with and we look forward to booking our vacations every year with him! I definitely recommend any of his units for a relaxing, family-fun vacation to Myrtle Beach.

My husband and I took a last minute "us"weekend. Sea Winds 702 was perfect for our stay. The view from the balcony, which spread the entire length of the condo, was breathtaking. Sitting outside with my coffee watching the sunrise was so relaxing. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The indoor pool was a bonus! Scott made the booking and check-in process very simple. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place.

Bittner Vacation Rentals is top-notch in our book. The location, responsiveness of the property owner, and amenities offered by this property owner is beyond reproach. While we had some adjustments to our plans, Scott was more attentive and understanding to our needs than I could have hoped for. Everything from payment, to receiving entry and visit information was just as he described and came in a more than timely fashion. We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect, we all loved game room and eating on the terrace. We saw deer, toucans, white faced monkeys and squirrel monkeys.
Scott was amazing to work with. He reserved everything for us and the house was perfect when we arrived.
We actually spent a lot of time in the games room! It was great to be able to entertain ourselves playing pool/billiards. The kids loved the foosball table.
Both Susan the concierge and Andrea the cleaner were awesome. Andrea was delight to have with us each day. And Susan told me about Emilio’s Cafe which I loved for coffee and

We were so impressed with this condo. There were awesome views of the beach and the balcony was much larger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were very impressed with how clean it was. All over it was a great vacation and we will stay there again. The owner was a pleasure to work with. He was very good about keeping in touch without being intrusive.

This condo was stunning. The place is exactly as pictured, the kitchen is well-equipped, and that view? Absolutely priceless. We unfortunately had horrible weather (rain and 60s!) for the first 5 days of our trip, but there were plenty of restaurants and other activities to do to keep our family busy. As the weather became nicer, I contacted Scott and inquired about the possibility of staying another week. He promptly answered and informed me that although he didn't have any available properties, he would reach out to a few other contacts. Within the hour he gave us the number

My family and I took out first vacation to North Myrtle Beach and our stay was absolutely fabulous because of Bittner Vacation Rentals. The accommodation was perfect for our week long stay at the beach.
And that view!! We didn’t want to leave.

I have rented from Scott Bittner for several years now. We found him on VRBO which then directed us to his website. His website was much better to preview his condos on then VRBO was. I recommend going over to the site even if you find him on VRBO.
When we first started renting from Scott he probably had around half of the amount of condos as he does now. Have stayed in about 5 or 6 different condos of his several different times and every experience was fantastic!!!! I've rented properties from Scott several times over the past few years. Scott has always been so easy to deal with. The booking process is easy and straightforward. The properties themselves are just fantastic. I've stayed in several and they're all held to a high standard. I wasn't surprised to hear from Scott that he has inspectors come through to confirm things are perfect, they always have been. The units are clean, well maintained, and everything works without issue. If you do need him, Scott is responsive and eager to resolve your issue quickly so you can get back to enjoying your vacation
