This is the worst management I’ve ever had to deal with. You are promised something when you renew your lease and never receive it and they just put it off but people moving in are fast to get the new things. They will harass you till you move. We broke our lease because of the harassment from the office. The maintenance team acts like they come in to fix something but all they do is snoop around your belongings. The don’t knock they just enter. They all spend their time driving the golf carts throughout the complex and harassing. Do not recommend this place!!!

From our first step onto the property until now, our second month here, the staff have been helpful, kind, and responsive to all our questions and needs. We want to especially shoutout Madison, who has been ever so lovely in helping us get settled in. The apartments are clean and quiet and centrally located to Destin, Panama City and 30a. We especially love being close to Grayton Beach and Seaside. Would absolutely recommend the Sanctuary to anyone looking for an apartment in the 30a community.

I loved living at the Sanctuary! The staff is always quick to address and issues you may have and have been extremely helpful and kind always! They work very hard to put community activities together which are always fun and a hit with everyone. This is a nice family apartment complex and I would recommend anyone to live here.

We rented an apartment while our home was being built. We had a wonderful experience at The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments. The staff is fantastic and extremely responsive. Maintenance requests are handled immediately and Paula in the office goes above and beyond. She even tracked down a missing package for us! She is the absolute best!

I applied for an apartment with them over a month ago. I sold my house and applied at a few apartment complexes to make sure one would be available when I closed on my house. I went ahead an paid the application fee, admin fee and 500 dollar deposit. I was told the next day that I wasn't approved because of my credit. It's funny that no other complex had a problem with it. They told me that it would take around 30 days to get my deposit back. It only took them 30 minutes to take it out of my bank account. That is money needed to move not sit there for them to draw interest on it. It's been over

My husband and I moved into a 2 bedroom with Solarium and we wake up happier and happier with the unit everyday. If you have a dog it is very pet friendly with several trails, dog waste stations, as well as a fenced dog run on site.
The actual apartment is tastefully designed to suit almost anyone's personal style. Modern appliances, spacious closets, I really could keep going but I won't do that to you... ;)
Lastly I would like to mention the professionalism from the leasing office. We received wonderful customer service from Paula Harp the manager and her assistant. Thank you all

I absolutely loved my year and a half at The Sanctuary! It was the perfect location for my pup and I; We had a beautiful, 3rd floor balcony view facing the woods that did not disappoint. The community is super… dog friendly, right next to Point Washington State Park and the beautiful 30A.
If I could change one thing, it would be the mandatory group Mediacom internet/cable package, it limits your capabilities compared to an individual account and the mediacom staff had extremely poor customer service.

Love this place! The manager, Kim, has such a great attitude and is always welcoming. The leasing agent Paula is always helpful and is such a joy to be around. Maintenance is wonderful and always come quick with any issue I have. You can’t beat the amenities here. Feels like a getaway. The location is right on the water so it’s awesome being able to hike to the water and enjoy a sunset. I would highly recommend staying here at Sanctuary. You will not regret a second of your time here!

It’s awful!! Would not recommend it to anyone! They are passive aggressive to you when they speak to you. They literally have no respect for their Tenants!! I’ve seen one of their managers yell to a guy and humiliate him in front of everyone in the pool!! Like who does that!! Is it children running this or adults cause I sure don’t see a difference!

We have lived at The Sanctuary 331 Apartments since April 2018. Since day one we have thoroughly enjoyed this peaceful and friendly community. These apartments are in the midst of the Point Washington State Forest and add to the tranquility of the surroundings. We enjoy taking walks on the new nature trail and surrounding paths. The Office… Staff-Kim, Lisa, & Paula have been super helpful with our stay here even to the point that we count them as family! So-been living here almost a year, and just renewed my lease for another 13 months. Love living here! The management team is fantastic-Lisa, Paula, and Kim are friendly and professional. The maintenance staff is awesome! Scott, Nick, and Don respond QUICKLY to any problems. The apartment is bright and spacious and the location is convenient to all that South Walton offers. Highly recommend!
