Used for home inspection when buying a property, The inspector was great and very knowledgeable. But the customer service was poor. I was charged an extra fee for having a Sunday inspection but I didn't need a weekend inspection.The person who made the appointment gave me a list of dates to chose from. I saw the extra fee when I paid the invoice after the fact. I reached out to the company after I paid and never received a response. Now they just keep sending me warranty and sales information for me to purchase more of their products.

Brock was the friendliest and most informative inspector in our home buying process! We needed a hydraulic load test due to an inconclusive basic septic test during our general home inspection. Most places we called recommended a new septic tank and drain field sight unseen!! Brock took the time needed over the phone and was incredibly accommodating with scheduling. He was patient on site and reviewed every step of the process in detail (that we could understand)! Turns out we did NOT need a new anything lol. We can now confidently move forward with our home purchase as informed and executed buyers

Allied Inspection Services was phenomenal and would highly recommend for all housing inspection needs! They were professional and prompt in all areas and went above and beyond to assist with getting our Radon test results back hours before our closing after a remediation system was installed and we didn't know we needed to get it re-tested. They are reasonably priced and explained all areas of the inspection upon completion.

We hired Allied Inspections for a home, wood destroying pests and radon inspection because the company received a high recommendation from our realtor. All three inspections were done in a timely manner. Our home inspector was Tony. He was professional, thorough and friendly. He took the time to explain the inspection and educate us on his findings and on regular maintenance steps we should take once we owned the property. Tony also took the time to fully explain the safety issues he was documenting so that we could decide which ones we wanted repaired and which ones we would address ourselves

My husband and I are first time home buyers looking for a house that does not have any major problems, so we wanted to make sure our inspection would be very thorough. Allied came highly recommended by our realtor and we are so glad we chose their services! Our inspector, Matt, encouraged us to follow him through the rooms, explained anything troubling that he saw, and thoroughly answered all of our questions and concerns.
