This past week, we had a home inspection with Jeff. We were pleasantly surprised that even though we were early, that he was already there and ready to begin. Jeff was very courteous and professional. He took his time to explain how the home inspection would go that afternoon and proceeded to begin. At every stage, he explained what he was looking at and always asked if we had any questions before we moved onto the next item. He took his time to explain things to us if we had questions. Berks Realty provided a home inspection on an older home I was purchasing. The inspector was friendly and informative. He took the time to explain all aspects of my home without using contractor terms, or talking down to me. I really appreciated that he also gave me information on suggested scheduled maintenance. He was extremely thorough in his inspection, and I feel very comfortable moving into my new home.

Berks Realty was reasonably priced and easy to work with. Jeff was thorough and professional, and extremely courteous. He also took the time to really explain all the things he was looking at in the home inspection, and had the results/report back to me the same business day. I was in need of an extra special inspection because a tree had just fallen on the roof of the home I was buying. Ron was recommended to me because he is also a structural engineer. He was wonderful to work with, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. Plus he had to do a little more help with the bank verification because of the branch on the roof and he was super helpful in getting that completed so that I could purchase the home that the owners were replacing the roof because of the damage.

I would highly recommend Berks Realty Service!! Jeffery was very professional and took time to every single question I had, and as a first time home buyer I had a lot. Very informative home inspection. The report we received was detailed and came back to us very quickly. During the inspection, Ron would periodically stop and fill us in on what he had found and areas of concern he wanted to bring to our attention. The inspection gave us a lot to think about and we recommend Berks Realty Services to anyone looking to buy an older home and wanting a detailed report before purchasing.

Our home inspection was done yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased. Jeffery was extremely knowledgeable on everything that he was doing and provided explanations for all of his ratings. He also provided advice on maintenance and assistance with operation on the homes plumbing and heating system. I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

Ron Zimmerman did an excellent job at our home inspection. He was knowledgeable and thorough and communicated all of his observations to us. Our inspection report was ready the next morning! Another plus is that he was able to do a termite inspection and he was also able to check for structural defects in the home. Definitely recommended!
