The pricing was amazing! Easily the best priced inspector in the area. For $199 Jason thoroughly inspected my 900 ft2 row home. I have paid way more in the past and was on the search for a quality inspector for a low price. Don't pay $350-$500 for an home inspection! Jason offered great advice on repair solutions after inspecting my home to be! He was patient and explained to me how to maintain the radiators in the home. Communication was excellent. I received a response within minutes from Lauren when I sent an email or text. I now have my permanent inspection guy! I am sharing him with everyone

I asked Jason to evaluate my house as if I were about to list it or as if he were buying it to flip. He did a thorough walk through with me and taught me a lot. He told me about real problems, potential problems, and also eased some of my own worries. I wish I had done it sooner, I am glad I did it now with such a knowledgeable, patience man who is obviously passionate about his work.

Just spoke with Jason of A Affordable about Radon concerns over a house I am interesting in putting an offer on. Jason was polite, informative and reassuring. I didn’t have the pleasure of personally attending the inspection but i sent a close relative since this is for a home that i am purchasing. My mother got there at 2 sharp and said when she arrived that Jayson and my realtor had already completed the exterior inspection which was a little disappointing since i wanted my family present for the entire inspection. Jason was great! I heard about him through my realtor and called to set up my inspection. He showed up even a little early and was very kind and professional throughout our appointment. He had lots of good input on what should be done in the home. He took pictures of everything and gave us a detailed report afterwards. He patiently answered our questions. One of my clients used this company prior and I was very impressed so I used them for my own preexisting inspection. The inspector was early, efficient, professional. He went over any and all issues that might need to be addressed. He was not an alarmist at all which I really liked because he just objectively pointed things out to me. The are very affordable and I would definitely refer them to any future clients.
