Inspector Adam is professional and provided every detail that was required in a professional and timely manner. He appeared on site in time and took his time to do a thorough inspection. The inspection report was delivered the same day, was easy to understand and contained everything single detail that was needed. Best value for money. Adam was great! He took the time to answer all of our questions in detail and really went above and beyond our expectations. He was very personable but also professional and focused on important details for our report. I would also like to note that he was great with our 3 dogs while inside the house. After a great experience with Adam at one home we were considering buying, we did not hesitate to have him look at the one we ended up with. He really knows his stuff and was happy to talk and answer questions as he worked. At both houses he found numerous issues big and small that we would have missed. We used Inside and Out for our home inspection, radon test, mold test, and termite test. Their representative Adam was great. He was knowledgable about how the home compared to the area norms and, us being new to the area, even provided us with some businesses that could help us get done with what we want to do with the house. They even offer an estimating service called Porch to help with costs for negotiating and even connect with a contractor if you want to use them for repairs. Inside and Out seems like a professional outfit and, in my opinion, full service.

I found Adam from Inside and Out Home Inspections in late 2018. Since then Adam has completed 25 home inspections for my clients.
