Lancaster was first founded in 1734, and incorporated as a borough in 1742.
Lititz, PA is a borough located in Lancaster County, south of the Lancaster city limits. It was first founded in 1756 by members of the Moravian Church, and remained exclusive to Moravians for over a century, until this system was abolished in the mid-19th century. After this, the borough continued to grow.

Tom at AmeriSure did a very thorough inspection of my new roof. I had several concerns about the quality of the installation, and he took the time to explain many details about how a good roof system works. His report included photos pinpointing areas that needed immediate correction. I now feel confident approaching the contractor with the expectation that he will correct problems Tom discovered. If not for his report my roof would not have adequate air circulation, causing it to fail prematurely.

If your looking for a home inspection in the Lancaster county area, I would certainly suggest Tom. He inspected a home we recently purchased and did a very professional job. Tom goes out of his way to explain not only the problems that come up during an inspection, but also specific home functionalities that an owner may want to know when purchasing a new home. He's also a really nice guy, which helped with my selection of inspectors.

Tom was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough during the home inspection. He took his time and left no stone unturned, carefully investigating every detail of the house. Tom was also very friendly and talkative throughout the duration of the inspection, educating me on everything he was looking at and why he was looking at certain things. He was very honest about the pros and cons he discovered and what were serious issues or non issues. He has excellent software he uses to generate a comprehensive home inspection report that is easy to read and understand with pictures as visual aids
