We send wine club shipments in February, May, September and November. You will receive an email notification about 10 days prior to the billing of your shipment. Aggressively bad service: we booked and prepaid for wine and lunch. It was a sunny but cool day. COVID still ongoing and we have a dog and a baby so we requested to sit outside. Despite this being communicated ahead of time, they were completely unprepared. We were the only customers there.... The visitor center is not ADA compliant so we had to carry out stroller and other things up a few stairs. Be aware of this is you can't carry your wheelchair. We had to shout a few times until somebody emerged. This is despite being on time for our appointment. The person was irritated that we wanted

Went here because the ambience looked nice. That was the extent of it. Wine was just ok, and the service was terrible. Sat outside and the server spent all her time with two separate couples, came over to us once and that was it. Sat there watching her speak with one of the couples thinking okay she will come over to our table now, but no, turned and walked back inside. Would not recommend this place, many others to choose from.

Our guide repeated his story THREE times about the winery. Stated he had previously been a sommelier in NY...lies...he was more concerned about serving the regulars and pleasing the owner than us 'newbies'. He had no clue the wines he served us and we had to basically remind and confirm what we had been tasting. Even if I liked this wine I'd never buy based on his service. His service was slow and he really wasn't that busy. Sorry Simi...if you are all about regulars and not caring about new customers....good luck...never again. We've been to many wineries and this was

We were very disappointed with our experience from beginning to end. It was nothing like our initial visit back in June 2021 which led to our joining the wine club.
Making the reservation was difficult to begin with, since nobody answers the phone in the tasting room. I then emailed customer service and was told to call the tasting room for reservations. After calling multiple times on different days, I was finally able to speak to someone. They sounded annoyed with my request for a reservation and told me that it's best to do it online. I explained to them that I already tried to book online

My girlfriends birthday was coming up so I gave Simi Winery a call. We reserved a tasting and Ashley set us up on a private deck with a tasting and a three course meal for a reasonable price. Today we had our tasting and lunch, it was such a great day. Lisa was our server. She was new to pouring but is a wine educator and in non COVID circumstances works on the hospitality side for reps and other business partners. Lisa was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and taught us some new interesting wine facts! Compliments to the chef as well, we had a delicious Caesar salad along with salmon, prosciutto

Had a perfect day wine tasting on this rainy day. The outdoor tables were all covered with big umbrellas as well as heat lamps at each table. We were greeted warmly by their staff. Lisa was our host and she could not have been nicer. Lisa is well educated with all of the wines Simi offers. And the pizza....OMG, it was absolutely scrumptious- hats off to the chef! So many of the wines we tasted were great- I especially fell for their Brut Rose bubbly. As were were leaving with the wines we purchased, Lisa handed us each a mini box of delicious sweet bites. I usually visit Simi on a hot weather

We had the most amazing afternoon at Simi. With air quality uncertain we took our chances and stopped by. Thank you to Joshua for taking such great care of us. He introduced us to all of their amazing wines, educated us on the history and really made our visit memorable. Their courtyard is beautiful and don't forget to try their delicious pizza. This place is great! A pleasant change of pace from some of the wineries you might visit. Heavily wooded with a fountain and shade, this is a great place to visit in the middle of the day if it's hot outside. The wine was great but the food and service was even better, with lots of safety measures in place for Covid. These guys are clearly working hard to ensure a safe environment for their guests. I think if there was one thing I'd wish was different was their use of bottled water. Instead of filtered tap water, they provide plastic water bottles. They even poured out bottled water for

We got the info for this winery tour from a chamber of commerce. One of the oldest wineries in Sonoma.
Our tour guide, Michael, was distracted, seemed high or had too much of their product. He was on his phone a lot, taking pictures for a friend. Couldn't remember words and generally fumbling around. The tour was not worth the $30 each.
The wine tasting at the end was underwhelming as Michael poured a sample and disappeared, then came and poured the second and third before in the same manner. No interaction or really explaining the wines we were tasting.

We swung by Simi on a recent local's night and had a great time. The event was free and their wines were half-price. They had a jazz combo and some great fish chowder. We sat outside under the redwoods, sipped our Chard and hung out with other Sonomans (I think that's what we would be called). The winery is beautiful with a nice fountain, great trees and gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I had a great tasting at Simi Winery. Nadine was our tasting guide and she was knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy. The fact that she never once pressured us to become wine club members is one of the main reasons we decided to sign up for the membership. She walked us through each wine, let us take our time, and shared with us some of her favorite local spots/recommendations. It was a great experience and we purchased their sparkling wine, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. If we ever come back to the area, we'd love to bring our friends and family to Simi to experience a non-pretentious
