I’ve been here 6 months complained about issues with apartment they never fix anything I have black mold in my apartment and a toilet leak for months now!!! They have roaches and ant infestation this place is a joke poor management and maintenance!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

It is a great place. Very nice. I just had a issue with moving in at the end of the month then the next week paying rent again. The place is fantastic!! The office people a great people.

It’s a nice place to live and the staff in the office are very kind and professional. However, my sinks, toilets and bathroom tub always is always stopped up no matter how much drano or liquid plumber I use and they never change the ac filters. My dishwasher has never worked the whole time I’ve been there (2 years) and my garbage disposal breaks every time I call to get it fixed it breaks again. I don’t call anymore. Most of all, the maintenance men are very unprofessional. If trash is put in the dumpster a certain way or area they don’t agree with, they tote it all the way back to your

Noise level is unbelievable after the office is closed music loud, people having arguments in the stairwell, people banging on doors 2/3 a.m., need more than 1 dumpster. Maintenance and Pest Control sucks.
My apartment is nice and cozy. Rent is reasonable. The area is nice, stay next to a lot of stores and shopping areas. Schools are also close. Office staff whoever answers the phone they are rude as HELL.

The new team in the office is phenomenal! Very prompt and professional and willing to assist with anything. The property manager Briana is the bomb and Beatrice is also a very good fit, always there to help. I have had nothing but good encounters with the team.

So far it's been good. love my apartment love my living room is huge master bedroom humongous in love with my Masterbathroom my daughter's room big and my son is in love with his room management is the best!
