Been living here for over a year now and it is a great place at a great value than most other places. There have been some major and minor maintenance issues that come regularly with places like these, yet the response to every single one has been dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner. Not only that but the are constantly doing projects and upgrades around the complex to make it an even greater location with friendly folks, and for me it personally feels like a safe community for all walks of life.

Pretty Good apartments, been over here a year, and it's been good. The recently repainted and the Maintenance team is great. The pool is almost always open and the grill usually has gas. Overall pretty good. Communications do need some work though regarding the projects and updating the building as there wasn't much warning for some of it.

Great place to live. The complex is run professionally, the leasing office is very communicative of events whether it be recreational events being held at the apartments or maintenance events. Located in a great place in Bradenton. Located right off of Cortez road and about 20 minutes away from Bradenton beach. Great prices as well.

I have lived at Bay Club for almost a year and I have just renewed for another year... although my apartment has outdated kitchen appliances and cabinets,, I do appreciate that they have vinyl flooring though out the apartment except for the bedrooms. The screened in porch is wonderful as well. I have not had any problems with neighbors or the area. Plus they have 2 dog pens for small and big dogs.

I’ve been a resident for just about 6 months now, and my review now is just as good as it was when I first moved in. The staff members all the way around are fantastic and the fellow renters are so friendly!
If maintenance is ever needed, it’s done promptly and done well. The office staff keeps you updated on any changes or upcoming services that… will be happening. With all the push to social distance, the staff leaves the updates on your door to access at your convenience.
With occasionally working a night shift, I was dreading the construction that was popping up next door

Currently there is an apartment complex construction under way right next to the complex. For most this would seem as an inconvenience as it would interrupt your sleep or just your overall day. Great news though the apartments must be "sound proof". The work taking place is not a worry of mines at all. The apartments are cozy and located and a nice area. The stores are close by and the beach is only 7 miles away. Most apartment complexes does not have a washer and dryer hookup but BayClub does. When I moved in the appliances were brand new and the apartment you could tell has been maintained well
