If you want to be inconvenienced constantly then this is the place for you. Pay top dollar for such things like ;the dumpsters being overfilled and no wear to put trash, pressure washer guy spraying gallons of water into your living room, the fire suppression system wailing for hours before anyone attends to it, gates being constantly broken, etc... Has been one of the worst experiences I've had with an apartment complex.

Look, the concerns from other reviews make really good points. I just don't have that problem. The area is nice, the price is high but it's more because of the market so I get it. The only issue I have is the front office told us they did two things to clean our apartment before moving in which was incorrect. When moving in I literally could spell my name with my finger with the amount of dust on the counter. Choose your battles.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. 11 air conditioning maintenance requests in a few months that they just patch until it breaks again a few weeks later. Cockroaches everywhere and we have even had a bug climb up our shower drain while showering. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. It’s incredibly disgusting and the management team couldn’t care less. Poor poor management.

So I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and I absolutely love it. It’s quiet, clean and perfect for me! I love the management, if I need something fixed, it’s done that day! No matter how big or small. It’s close to everything, the rates are more than fair for the size and the location, and the security of this place. I’m actually upgrading to a bigger place just so I can stay longer! I don’t ever plan on leaving until I buy a home. I absolutely love 210 Watermark, I would recommend it to anyone who asks! This place is home

Good value. Well maintained. Great location. Excellent onsite staff. The towing concerns mentioned in some of the reviews are understandable but we were told about the policy when we moved in and it is in the leasing agreement. The purpose of it is for the safety of the community and to make sure that everyone who lives here has a parking space.We had an issue at first with the towing but once we were reminded of the rules and followed the rules (basically make sure your guests park in the guest spots and if they are going to be there more than 24 hours give their name and license tag to the office

Beware of this complex. There is collusion happening with the local towing companies to limit visitor parking and aggressively tow. The visitors parking will be full with dozens of empty "non visitor" spaces, and if one of your legitimate guests parks in an open spot for a few hours to wait for an open space, they will absolutely be towed. It will cost $210 dollars, and when you call the dispatch to see if they have your car, they will tell you they only take cash while there are Visa/MC stickers all over the tow yard pay window. It doesn't get better than being next to pool with this view everyday. I love my apartment, the location, and the staff are very attentive. The maintenance crew are competent and quick to respond to any issue.
Also, the River walk is such a plus. Just open the gate and I can access the most beautiful walk in Bradenton, just steps away from my door.

Deborah and Savannah are the BEST leasing agents to work with. They both worked diligently to get me into the best apartment at a great place. I truly enjoyed working with them. The apartment complex is beautiful as well located right next to the Riverwalk in Bradenton. There is never a shortage of things to do. The apartments are clean and the staff tend to be really friendly. I can't recommend them enough.

The floor above me has extremely rude and noisy tenants. I have complained numerous times about their late night stomping and the office just tells me to file a police report. Now, who believes that the Police will actually sit in my apartment for an hour at 2 in the morning and wait for the herd of buffaloes to go by? Besides, the apartment… complex is mostly to blame because of the poor insulation. Regardless, nothing is being addressed by the office and I am forced to continuously confront the tenants who barely speak English. I am looking for another place to live when my lease is up

I have lived here at 210 Watermark for almost a year now. I have truly enjoyed my experience here! The office staff has gone out of their way with any concerns I have had. Savannah, Allyssa, and Noel are great!!! The maintenance guys, Justin and Wesley, are wonderful too! I have always had any maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. You can't beat the location here! There's a locked gate right out to the River walk! I've enjoyed the free concerts and events, not to mention a great place to walk my dog! I enjoy living in a gated community. This seems to keep the River walk visitors

Just recently moved in and couldn't be happier. My apartment is spacious and was very clean upon move in. Not much noise from the neighbors and I love the fact that this community is so dog friendly. Parking hasn't really been an issue for me. I have been able to always find a space and I have had numerous guests over without issue. The office staff and maintenance team has been so kind and friendly since before I even signed my lease. The maintenance guys even went as far as to help me carry a heavy box upstairs! Having been a landlord myself, I was respectful of the complex rules and always paid my rent on time, etc. I have a dog who I consciously picked up after. After 26 months and an additional month as a "month-to-month" tenant, I cleaned extensively, even dusting the top of the ceiling fans. There was no walk-through together when I handed the keys and access cards to the assistant manager. After moving to my new apartment, I received a certified letter stating that the apartment management was keeping my security deposit and demanding more money for general cleaning ($75) and carpet cleaning
