I lived here for 3+ years. At the time (up until late 2019) it was a solid value, and had a great location right on the Riverwalk. The property management was extremely friendly, and frankly went above and beyond what I'd ever experienced previously. At one point, there was a false alarm about bed bugs on our floor, due to an incorrect inspection). They paid for a hotel stay for us for a week, while they got the issue straightened out, no questions asked.

Great place to live. Right on the Manatee River and close to so many activities. The building's management is top notch. I had an emergency medical issue a few months ago where I had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. Everyone showed concern and offered to help me in any way they could. They were sincere and caring.
The grounds are well cared for and management coordinates many activities and events for residents.

I live here. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy. I have lived here for a few months now, and still have several left to go on my lease. It's too late for me, but if anyone is considering moving into Riversong, I would strongly advise against it. The management team is completely inept at resolving even the simplest concern in a timely fashion.
