Shelley has been a native of Newport Beach for over 50 years. She attended Newport Elementary, Newport Ensign, and Newport Harbor High Schools. She enjoys staying in touch with many of her classmates today who still reside locally. Shelley and her husband, Dr. Elam, have been working side by side for over thirty years!

I got a nose job done this year at Esthetica and I am super happy with my result. Its now 7 months post op and every month my nose looks better. As far as the team at Esthetica, they are super attentive and make sure you have all info, care prior and after, and support for my surgery. I was super nervous, and now super grateful for them. I got chin lipo done in May 2021, Dr. Kouli did an excellent job of answering the million questions I had. He was very patient with me, all the staff at this facility are great. They were able to squeeze me in 6 weeks before an important event. I healed very well, I have minimal scaring, you can’t even see my incision. I will be going back for rhinoplasty in the future. Very pleased with my results and I highly recommend this practice. I received about 5-6 consultations and I’m glad I chose them.

I went to Dr. Elam to get a chin implant and buccal fat removal. He did a fantastic job. I was nervous before my preop (which Samantha set up) as I am before all my doctor visits. Samantha and Dr. Elam’s demeanor was great, and they both made me feel comfortable right away. I put complete trust in what we all went over during the preop, and I was extremely excited to move forward with the surgery, and I’m glad did. De. Elam, Kendel the patient coordinator and his staff are just one of a kind. They made the whole entire process of getting rhinoplasty so easy. It was my first time going under, I was so nervous, but they made it cake for me. During the consultation, Dr. Elam told me exactly what he would do. I had a bump from a car accident. He took care of that with ease and within an hour and a half I was done. Love this place!
