The 3 Luxury Villas are part of a newly remodeled multi-level 6,352 square foot gated estate. When renting these 3 Villas, guests have access to the following three condominium suites that can accommodate a total of 24-29 guests. Ideal for large groups and celebrations such as retreats, family reunions, anniversaries and weddings.
Located at the top of our grand staircase, the Lele Penthouse is the entire second and third floors of the Wailea Inn. This is a spacious four bedroom condominium suite with an open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings and large windows throughout allowing an abundance of natural light in. Large travel groups can gather in the living room, family room and grand dining room.
Lele Hideaway is a two bedroom, two bath condominium suite with direct access to the heated pool and Jacuzzi area. There is also a Queen size Murphy bed in the living area which comfortably sleeps another two guests. This luxury villa is a private tropical oasis only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling and surfing.
Ohana Hale is a charming two bedroom, two bath ground floor condominium suite. Each bedroom has one full bathroom and its own private entrance to the pool. Each bedroom has your choice of a King bed or 2 Twin beds. A Queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress provides a comfortable sleeping space for two additional guests.
As our guest at Wailea Inn, you are invited to take advantage of our Complimentary Concierge service for Private Chef and Catering Services, Group Activity & Island Information, Pre-arrival Grocery Service, Nanny Services, In-Residence Spa Services and Car Rental & Transportation. While this property could have been great, it currently is under renovation but is still boasting professional real estate photos that look nothing like the properties current state. This property will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. Bugs in the tropics yes, I get it. Spending a fair amount of money to stay at a beach house, advertised on Airbnb as a 2 unit villa is VERY deceiving. This property can hold upwards of 40 people! 3 units on the ground floor with a 16 person unit above you! The Airbnb pictures are old and show a beautiful tropical home for you and another family to share.

This trip was for 32 members of our family and friends, some of whom recently submitted posts. Our family travels quite a bit as a group. We typically rent large vacation homes. We have done so over the last 10 years. We rented the entire Wailea Inn property for a considerable amount for about one week. The property is located at the perfect location and very close to two beaches. One of the beaches is private, very nice. We spent time in the pool and hot tub also. Most of the family were initially pleased with the property and chose to overlook many of the cosmetic and maintenance issues. However

My family and I just wrapped up a stay at this property and I strongly suggest finding another place to stay, the property is in desperate need of an update there was mold on the bathroom wall several of the units had roaches the carpets and rugs were filthy and most importantly several of the lower units flooded ruining clothes and luggage, when the property owner was advised of the issue he refused to refund any funds to cover the damages or the inconveniences. We advised him that we thought that his response was unacceptable and that we would disclose the property issues via reviews and he replied

I will never stay at this place again. No one should have to experience ants, roaches and frogs in the room. The owner tried to rectify the situation, however the critters moved from room to room. The owner is rude and customer service is poor. We travel a lot and typically stay at 4 or 5 star properties. Well we were deceived. The property could be a 4 or 5 after renovations, but the customer service and owner’s attitude may skew the rating. We are very calm and forgiven people. This is not a luxury experience. This was my first time in Hawaii and because of this rental, it was ruined. This was a family vacation and I was housed in the Ohana Hale house/suite. There were roaches and an ant infestation in our bathroom, living room and kitchen. Not to mention at some point there was a frog in our bed and we had to wait over 20 hours to get our rooms sprayed with insect spray and our sheets changed (we booked for a week and had only one set of towels and sheets for each room). Property management/owners did nothing to ease our stay after being notified and shown the evidence

We stayed here for 8 nights and really loved the property and the staff, both at the hotel and in the restaurant. We stayed in one of the cottages, H for our entire stay. We had a lovely lower level view of the golf course. We really would love to give it a five star rating, but just couldn't since updates are badly needed. The grounds were perfect, clean, quiet and scenic.
As for the bedroom area, a new mattress for starters would've went a long way.
Now the bathroom...I think it hasn't been updated since the 70's or early 80's. The shower tiles need a total remodel

We were treated like highschoolers in a dorm. This "hotel" has the absolute WORST customer service. We were celebrating a friends 35th birthday, very respectably, cutting a cake in our beautiful villa, except we received a call threatening us to be removed from the hotel with absolutely no reason. We were here during COVID, no one around. Beware of BRANDI, as she had called us threatening to kick us out instantly, after paying for our stay for the next two nights. Do not stay here. This is ridiculous.

My family and I just returned from our second stay at the Wailea Inn. This property has become our go-to for Maui. The location could not be better, there are multiple beaches within walking distance as well as shopping and some of the best dining options for all budgets. The property is well equipped and includes all the beach equipment you could need. The staff is friendly and do a great job at making themselves available to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a Maui vacation and we look forward to returning again next year.

Our stay at the Wailea inn was absolutely amazing. The property managers and staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis. The amenities were beyond our expectations. The penthouse unit had a beautiful spanning kitchen with all the necessities. The property provided all of our needs for a great day at the nearby beach; beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, umbrellas, and boogie boards. An added bonus that I greatly respect is that this is the first vacation rental that we’ve stayed at that is operating on renewable energy. Overall we had amazing experience

We had a wonderful recent stay at the Wailea Inn! We were greeted on arrival by Brent who made us feel very comfortable. The location was excellent, right across the street from a private beach as well as Charley young beach (on our last beach day we saw multiple sea turtles swimming in shallow water right next to us) . The unit was very modern and clean and comfortable, 3 nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and washer/dryer. The unit was well appointed w/ details including a drying rack for wet swimsuits, beach chairs, a supply closet w/ boogie boards/snorkeling gear/beach toys. We interacted many times

We just finished our stay - This condo was even better than in the photos! Amazing bedrooms, super clean, comfy beds and sheets. The AC was very strong so we always were able to come back to a cool house after a hot day in the Maui sun.
We also took advantage of the washer and dryer, full size kitchen and grill for cooking. The pool and hot tub was warm and perfect.
We can't really say enough good things about our stay. Perfect for families or yoga retreats! Oh and walking distance from 3 stunning beaches and local yummy restaurants! We will be back.

Wow, what an incredible week staying at the Wailea Inn! Perfect property for our group. The location is excellent - 2 min walk to a couple different beaches / activity areas, 4 to 10 min walk to 15+ restaurants, 6 min to foodland, and a 1.5 min walk to a protected turtle beach (directly across the street, follow path toward the ocean, take a left when the trail T's, take the first path on the right). Even though we had a rental car (private parking & on street available during our stay), it was nice to be walking distance to everything for a truly relaxing tropical vacation. The kitchens

Based on Brent's reply you can tell how defensive and hostile he is. The notice from Maui electric I saw after I got back to the mainland was dated October 19. Brent did not reach out till October 30. That is poor communication. As opposed to a heart felt apology to do better next time he try's to defend position. You can tell from his response he is not sincere. This should not be his chosen profession. No custom service skills. There are many choices on Maui. Shop around. Be cautious.

Great family get away that has it all...
We stayed in the LeLe Penthouse - our entire family - kids stayed upstairs in the loft, and they loved it - all the adults had their own bedrooms suites. This was great accommodations for all families. Pool was lovely, just steps to the beach, toys and boogie boards were readily available for us. And the Yoga studio downstairs was amazing - as a yoga teacher myself, I will be back for a Yoga retreat. The studio was great - it had it all - infrared heaters, mats, blocks, straps!
We did have 1 issue with the toilet not properly flushing - however, management
