And to provide support to all residents to reach those goals. I have been at the property for awhile now and I just want the property manager Maria Alvarez to be recognized for the outstanding manager she is . She has always shown a very professional, but yet very friendly and compassionate demeanor towards me ,and everyone here who has come in contact with her at H38. She has truly made my experience finding an apartment very pleasant, and I am happy I choose H38 to call home ,and I couldn’t have done it without the help of this beautiful lady (Maria Alvarez)

I want to first start of with my Initial experience from the moment I walked into the office until the day of the lease. I was greeted by a very friendly kind hearted property manager. She took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish . She was very professional yet very kind hearted and caring of my current situation . She took the time out to listen and really showed compassion and concern of my situation at that time. She went above an beyond to insure me and my children would move in a timely manner, even though we faced some bumps she never gave up reaching the resources

My boyfriend just moved in here and the management is very poor managed. Not only is the communication with him and management poor , but when we moved in the washing machine smelled TERRIBLE and was filled with pet fur. After he told management she informed him to clean it. The air conditioner is controlled by management and it is often too cold for him at night and the office is closed 3/4 days out the week. I’m not happy with this choice he made nor and I excited for him to spend a year here.

Worst place we have ever lived always on time on rent never even asked for extensions.
Maintenance is very poor, building is practically falling apart yet its new construction.
Property manager is a joke very poorly ran.
Floors are faling apart mice in the walls.
Water comes out almost black sometimes
Have plenty of pics and vids for proof.

It nice and all but I had roof leaking problem took them week to fix and now the bath tub water is brown I told the office many time and all they can tell me is Lafayette have bad water sewer. But anywere else I been water havent been brown.. they just hired a new person in the office and there was problem with my payment were they claim I never paid my rent nd charger me late fees unacceptable taking money out my new born mouth

I'm sure the Apartments are very nice on the inside as they are new. I didn't care for the person who was supposed to be in charge of offering them for rent. We were told we would be looking at a downstairs apartment only to find when we arrived that it was an upstairs unit instead and when I told the person we were supposed to be seeing a downstairs unit she told me she didn't have any available!!! Know your market and remember what you've told someone!!!!!! Just wasn't impressed at ALL!!!!!!

Let me say this, Angela is hands down the best! I reached out to her on a Thursday night after hours. That following Friday she replied to me. 07/31/2020 When I say she is on top of things ON TOP! From start to finish she was professional and sweet. I read something that said they don't like minorities. That's not true I see nothing but colored people in H38 east Apartments. I'm also Somalian American it's gets no more "minority" that that lol. The office is so clean and refreshing. Everything is brand new, from the leasing office to the apartments itself. Hi, I am responding to the review posted by Nick. He and I have discussed the issues he noted. As an owner of H38E I recently visited the Riser Room, and found it bone dry with no water damage inside and with no excessive noise coming from that area. I am not sure of the source of the noise.
This room is not attached to the apartment building, so i do not know how water would have gotten into his apartment from that building and I hope/believe the issue has been resolved.
Related to LEA calls, the Management team did follow up with law enforcement and found no law enforcement calls for over 90
