Services
We provide individualized solution focused mental health counseling in a comfortable, professional setting to address your specific needs. We specialize in treating adolescents through adults with symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, managing difficult emotions, and dealing with major life transitions.
Not at all. People who ask for help know when they need it and have the courage to reach out. Everyone needs help now and then. In our work together, I'll help you explore and identify your strengths and how to implement them to reduce the influence of the problems you are facing. The difference is between someone who can do something, and someone who has the training and experience to do that same thing professionally.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?.

Matt embodies the characteristics of the type of person you envision good therapist to hold. He is very calm, patient and knowledgeable in various methods to approach and work through situations based on your specific need. If you are deciding whether to seek counseling and talk with a professional I would highly recommend reaching out to him for a consultation, you won't regret it!
