Outrageous rent prices for the amount of upkeep I have family members that live here and there is a massive pest problem with roaches in the trim, hallways, carpet and there are electrical problems. The techs and maintenance people do nothing. DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT HERE. if something changes I will alter my review.

I and my granddaughter movef in July and we love living here. The staff is always nice and polite. They do special events for the residents all the time. When l called about an apartment l told them that l was handicapped and they made sure l got an apartment that was good for my needs. When l went to the hospital they kept an eye out on my apartment. I like that every floor has a washer/dryer set up. The mailboxes are inside the entrance so that you dont have to go to any outside ones like other apartments. Sutton Hill is geared towards family living with the playground, basketball court, pool

I use to enjoy living at Sutton Hill Apartments, however, it has truly had some rental problems recently! It is plagued by loud noise in the middle of the night during the week not to mention the weekends, car vandalism is a problem, tenants speeding in the parking lots--an accident waiting to happen. Also, the tenants don't respect the apartment buildings and the buildings can look dirty and smell awful. IF THE MANAGEMENT WOULD DO A BETTER JOB AT SCREENING RENTAL APPLICATIONS. ....The staff remain helpful, and work hard to keep exterior clean, and they are readily helpful when it comes to repairs

Landlord is the worse. They wouldn't fix the issues I had until at least a month later, at least. The place is always dirty I always had roaches no matter how clean I kept the place and even mice at some point. The laundry fees were always going up. You pay water, sewer and trash thru Multi Family Utilities Company, who also over charge and will charge a $20 fee if your late. I had to pay $300 to transfer to a bigger apartment because my neighbors were too loud and had to start my lease over for another year or I would of left sooner.

I have only lived at Sutton Hill apartments for ~5 month, but my experience so far has been great. My interaction with their staff in particular, Bre, has been incredible. I moved to the Des Moines area from Kentucky via automobile and thus when I arrived I had all my belongings in my car. I was looking for somewhere to live in a rush, she stayed late to ensure that I would have keys to the apartment that day. I greatly appreciated this!! I have also had a great experience with the maintenance as well. When I moved in, I had a light bulb that was out when I mentioned it in passing to one of the

My experience living at Sutton Hill apartments has been great so far! The staff have been super helpful and friendly. They respond promptly to anything we need or questions we may have. It is a very welcoming environment. Our apartment is spacious and updated with new carpet, paint, and countertops. I would definitely recommend Sutton Hill. It was the nicest place that we saw in the price range.
