Services
Charter Oak Condominium Association has been with G & W Management since 1985. They are thorough regarding maintenance issues and have been very responsive, especially in emergencies. In regard to finance issues, we have found them to be very cooperative and patient with our unit owners. Our Homeowners' Association has used G&W for about ten years and are pleased with the services they are currently providing.

For a short amount of time of managing property where I am located presently Ive only been here 3 years, the former owners were negligent on renewing our septic tanks, the never cut down trees that are a hazard to our home , and they never even gave us better internet service providers, better choices on energy company providers, roads that still need repairing, and paved drives way that need updating, mailboxes that need a huge upgrade and reconstructing., these new managers are suppose to be following up with us but NOPE this is not an issue for them.
