If the water is leaking out of a toilet or you can see where the leak is coming from, try to shut off the water or put a bucket under the spot. Typically, it is the utility company that responds to outages but if the rest of the building has power please flip your breaker. No assigned parking, the apartment is spacious only issue is there is no smoking and the person below us smokes at the back door. Not just cigarettes but weed also I do not like it drifting into my apartment, only had a few minor issues but were promptly fixed. All in all it's really not a bad place to live
