This store in Arsenal Mall is closed at hours when it purports to be open (I got there at 10, 11, and 11:30. Store info and mall info say it opens at 10), doesn't answer calls during business hours, and I have been trying for 24 hours now to get in touch with someone--anyone!--to no avail. "Great salesman
