Services
Dr. Orth will thoroughly examine the external and internal parts of your eyes for signs of eye or systemic diseases. With special instruments, a study will be made of the interior of the eyes for cataracts, retinal problems, glaucoma and other diseases. Our examination typically includes an initial case history.
Dr. Orth attended Baylor University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and then went on to attend the University of Houston College of Optometry for her doctorate degree. Dr. Orth started Trinity Vision Eyecare in 2002. She specializes in understanding how the human eye really works, as well as diseases and conditions that affect your vision - many of which do not have obvious symptoms.

Dr. Orth specializes in all types of contact lenses from routine to complicated cases. If you've never been able to wear contact lenses, come see us. Contact lens science has made a lot of progress in recent years, and there are a lot of new, more comfortable contact lens options. If you already wear contacts but haven't updated your prescription in awhile, we can improve your vision and comfort with the new technology.

This was the first eye exam that was done with natural lighting. When I was finally able to pick up my trial pair of contacts, I wore them for about a week and told them I couldn't see the letters on my computer clearly. Now, it did take me some months to pick up my contacts because I travel for work. When I let them know about the issue with my contacts, they wanted my primary insurance information and stated I needed a new exam because my eyesight could have changed in 4 months. Why is that? We are told to go yearly, and I have never heard of someone's eyesight changing that drastically in 4

Poor service. The doctor is very nice but the front desk is awful. She treatment planned my frames and on the paper worked up one price and when I went to check out, it was $200 more and they couldn't get me an itemized receipt because they couldn't get into the care credit so I had to leave my info. That was strike one. I showed up for dilation appointment and they dilated my eyes before trying in my new glasses so I left with glasses I had to adjust myself since they were not straight, I'm not certain the prescription in the right eye is correct either. I was supposed to get a pair of prescription

I went to this doctor for last 3 years but never ever they mentioned that my eyes nerves are retracting and in risk of glaucoma. I am getting consulted by a new doctor to get it checked since my eye nerves are being pinched and under pressure. SUCH A IRRESPONSIBLE DOCTOR NOT TO EVER MENTIONED THE PROBLEM SO IT COULD BE PREVENTED EARLY. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

My family has been going to Dr. Orth since before she opened her new office in Hurst. Dr. Orth has always explained in detail what was going on with my eyes. When she has suggested a different strength or brand of contact, I have always been given trial pairs to try out first. Dr. Orth and her staff have always been professional and have worked with me and my insurance. I believe I have been charged a fair price for each and every visit. I have also never been kept waiting long for my appointment.

I really liked how she explained everything without being prompted or asked. She let me know what the various machines were checking and WHY she was doing what she did. She also showed me what happens to the eye lens when blood sugars are not controlled and she used a nifty model of the eye when she explained things so I could get a great visual. I’m definitely keeping her as my eye doctor.

Nothing was explained. I took my girls because it was an in network for our health insurance and should have been free. Go to check out and was charged $60 per child for just an eye exam. $10 more I could've went somewhere else to get an exam and glasses. When I called insurance they stated it should've been free unless they completed a diagnosis exam. If I'd knew this I would of never went there. Never again will we visit this place.
