Very friendly and professional, Dr. Schunk is quite pleasant to speak to.
But the lens/frame purchase is another story, they were never upfront with how much I had to pay. Once they tell me that basic lenses are free with my insurance, then when they go through the lens selection process, finally they say I need to pay $40 for the material. Why not just be transparent and mention what I would need to pay when I ask how much it'll cost me? I canceled the purchase right then.

I can say my visit was great, but when I called to say I was running 5 minutes late the new lady said I had to reschedule my appointment.. I didn’t find that funny even though you were just kidding. That is not the way to get a person to laugh. Keep you comedy to a minimum. People don’t play about their appointments when they have taken off work. Once again my visit was great..
