I took my MacBook to JHD for a battery replacement and during the process he also cleaned the fan and returned it to almost new condition. He is very good and reasonable priced. He fixed my laptop in one day. If you need service on your computer this is the place to go. Good service and good pricing. If I ever need repair work in the future this is the FIRST place to call

Left my computer here for almost 2 weeks. His original diagnostic didn’t find the issue he actually ended up “fixing.” I initiated all communication, didn’t receive any updates unless I called. When we were told the computer was “ready” we went to the shop to pick it up and it wasn’t even assembled fully and we were told it was still not working. So $600 later, my computer is still not fixed. I feel robbed. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Called in and was told to hold. Waited for several minutes and lost connection or they hung the phone up.
Attempted an hour later and a male answered(no name). Asked if they service Macs and was told to wait again.. put on hold.. no response.. then was hung up on again.

I had an appointment on a Friday at 4. I got there and explained everything I needed done for about 5 laptops. One which I had no hope for. I was notified on the following Thursday everything was ready. Got there the next day and all of them work if not as good maybe even better then when I bought then years ago.

This place was great, they went above and beyond my expectation. They were able to replace my son's keyboard after he broke off several keys. They also cleaned out the inside and made suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again.
I would definitely recommend to friends and family, that if you have any computer issues go here. They will help you, no matter the problem also fixed same day.

My Macbook Pro's fan broke and caused me tons of worry due to the cost and not wanting to get a whole new computer. Then I found JHDs. I made an appointment Friday at 3 PM, found out around noon the next day the issue + estimated cost, and got a call it was complete Monday at 3 PM. Fantastic turn around, great service, and fantastic price.
