I received a new phone from Verizon. When you get a new phone you have to put the Verizon chip inside the phone. When I tried to slide into the little microscopic drawer, the chip got stuck . I proceeded to take my new phone to where I had purchased it. Verizon said they couldn't help me. They sell phones, contracts, cases, etc. But can't help with their own products? Really? So they suggested Tek, across the street. I went and the gentleman took my phone to the back and wa la.... It was fixed in less than 2 minutes. I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing. I took my daughter's i phone to have the glass repaired. Had to come back, the screen did not work correctly. Was supposed to be fixed, had to come back again did not work correctly. Supposed to be fixed, again does not work correctly, she starts shaking the iphone, lets it go and breaks the glass.
