Cliff is awesome. I brought in a laptop with a supposedly broken monitor. I'd had a similar issue before and the manufacturer charged me 350$ for repairs. Cliff got everything sorted for 85$. Very trustworthy and professional. Couldn't recommend him enough.

My older MacBook Pro died, so I contacted Cliff after reading Google reviews. The defective hard drive was repaired with a working disc and an upgraded operating system. The repair cost was very reasonable, and Cliff was always accessible. I would contact him again if needed!

They are a good store to get your computer's fixed. They get the job done at a reasonable price. Sometimes their short on staff and not present at the store because they are put helping customers. However they are very good about getting in contact with you if they missed your phone call. I've used their services on multiple occasions. Building a game in nf computer, fixing a media center computer, and fixing laptops. I would definitely recommend using their services if you are in need of assistance.

I had issues with the battery and keyboard on my laptop, and Cliff was helpful throughout the entire repair process. I appreciated his updates as the keyboard repairs were more extensive than he first realized, and he made sure to review the costs of each option with me, as well as the pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured to make a specific decision based on cost, but rather I was helped through the process with facts. We will definitely be back for our future computer repairs!

Broke my Dell touchscreen on a laptop I depend on for my business getting ready for the hurricane. Most places closed for hurricane or weekend. I left a message on the CyndrTec answering machine and got a quick call back from Cliff on his cell phone, even as his business was closed. After listening to my problem and estimating the time it would take to get a screen in and repair it, he suggested a simple temporary fix...disabling the touchscreen. Kudos Cliff! As you suggested, I'll bring the machine by sometime when I take a vacation.

I recently purchased a high dollar item [A Rock-Ola Bubbler Digital Jukebox]. So much high end electronics, I was a bit anxious about the setup process as it requires a LAN connection to make sure setup all goes smoothly. I was more than happy to have a professional come and help me out. Stewart is an outgoing, personable professional beyond belief. Aside from his demeanor, and awesome personality, he immediately put me at ease and walked me through every part of setup for my new juke, and went way beyond that in explaining many other things I wasn't even aware of. Thanks to him, I'm up and running
