I have a 10 year old HP Compaq.
I was having lots of issues with my desktop.
It was extremely slow and had trouble with some of the functions. When I tried to boot the computer up a whole bunch of numbers flooded this screen. I saw a notification that said the crash of my hard drive was eminent.
I disconnected the tower and called Electricred.
I spoke with Chris who told me to bring it in .
I picked it up this afternoon and it runs like a brand new computer it is fast and accurate just as if it were brand new.
In my opinion Chris is a computer genius not to mention being one of the nicest

I stopped by to get my computer fixed and they were very helpful. My repair required an expensive cost and it could not be done at the shop, so they kindly referred me to a sister company that was cheaper. Great customer service. Jesse was so helpful in the process and kept me updated along the way. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly people and good service. If you ever have any computer question/repairs, you should go here.
