Horrible experience. Things are constantly breaking. Good service, but we have to call the maintenance team on a weekly basis due to wiring issues, constantly no hot water, A/C unit breaking, and extremely poor wifi quality. Along with that, not a safe place at all. There are car breakins and things stolen, even guns shot a couple months ago.

Very bad maintenance service. I got new apartments and I saw water leakage in my kitchen but it first of all they need to review before hand over and after even I called , they told me that the SLA is three days. Very bad service and rent is too high. So I would not recommend this apartment in future

The people who run this place are absolutely disgusting!!!! My Father and mother have lived in this community for 7+ years and have literally never once been late on rent NOT A SINGLE TIME!!!!! They have always kept a spotless home and are well like by all of the community. Yet for some reason that is a complete and utter mystery to everyone they have chosen to not renew their lease. My mother is disabled and can not work so she is often home alone and she loved her many friends in the community. I just don't understand why during a global pandemic they would choose to evict 2 hard working

I am living in this apartment for the last 10 months. Very good apartment, community and neighborhood. All the facilities like dish washer available in home. walkable distance to concord mall and well connected with other shopping centers.
The management team is very good, quick response to all the issues and concerns. Very quick response to maintenance issues.

Five-star to the maintenance folks, they have helped me several times during the pandemic. Their responses are very quick and always solve the problems efficiently.
This apartment has an excellent location, Target and Regal Cinema are right across the street. My favorite stores such as ShopRite, TJ Max, and Trade Joe are all within 5 min.
The wooden floor, plus having individual washer and dryer are nice.

Staying over here from last 3 year. Except location nothing is good in this community.
Apartments are very very old wooden structure with old appliances and interior. Families with kids will always get complain from the resident lives just down below.
Amenities wise very small gym with broken equipment and no play area for young kids. Issues of car break in, door banging in midnight every other day, no security camera in working condition. Poor management overall they are not bothered at all to address issues.
