Honesty is not their policy here. Overcharged and fought with a customer in front of me. I will not be returning after the lack of professionalism. Sharing polishes with other customers at the same time as me very concerned with their sanitary practices. Additionally, go here if you want your acrylic polish to come off for 45 minutes plus and your nails beds to start burning!

I love this nail salon! They are extremely professional and the work that they do on not only my nails, but other customers is extraordinary. They are busy, but only because they work they do is so out of this world. They accommodate all their customers to the best of their abilities and want to make everyone leave a happy customer. Everyone is super talented, nice and caring. I will never get my nails done anywhere else.

I wanted to get a fun nail design for Halloween and I kept seeing this nail salon pop up on my Instagram so I decided to make an appointment. The salon was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and Phoebe did an excellent job with my gel manicure. I showed her a photo of what I had in mind and she did it perfectly. Thank you so much and I will be back again! Update based on the answer below: my frustration does not mean I am selfish as it is implied on the reply. I not only tried to be understanding but I also went back THREE times after not being treated as expected. I understand your procedures but they seem to benefit only part of your clients. Again, would've given 10 starts to JP but not for this place.

I regularly have manicures done but was looking for a new nail salon that was good with designs. On a friend's recommendation I started going to T&K Nail Design and love it there! They have a huge selection of colors and love doing designs. I go to Ivy and she has done an amazing job. I was blown away by the ombré nail with palm trees she hand painted from looking at a picture I had. I will definitely continue to go to their salon and recommend them to friends. I also love the online appointment system. So convenient. Thanks for making my nails gorgeous!

Decided to try a new salon, and going here made me realize, stick to what you know. I got a full set of acrylic nails, gel polish and a French tip. I have never received such a poorly done set in my life. In less than an hour 3 nails popped off, my cuticles weren't even touched and my French tip looked like a 3 year old drew it. After trying and failing to get a refund (it's against their policy) I went back to get my now 5 missing nails in two days fixed. Just came here for the first time and got the best pedi I've ever had!! My technician was so thorough and professional.
They were super accommodating squeezing me in for an appointment - I came here on an off chance as my usual place was booked but suffice to say I will be back!
There are so many choices for your pedi service - I got a lavender soak, hot stone massage, and a foot paraffin. The best!!

This is one of the cleanest salons I've ever been in. Kha, the owner and manager, is a very sweet guy who listens and knows exactly what you want. I have been getting my lashes done here for a year and a half and every time Kha does my lashes, I look and feel glamorous!!! His hospitality is undeniable. He truly takes his time to perfect his craft. I get compliments everyday.

I'm not sure how this place has the rating it does. I get dip manicures and they didn't take off my old dip manicure, they filed them down and put dip over them. MULTIPLE nails broke after they were done. Went back and they fixed them. But filing nails down and putting dip over is so unsanitary. Decided to give it another shot and the same thing happened again, filed them down without taking off old manicure, and multiple nails broke again. They also took a long time and kept answering the phone in the middle of doing my nails. I'm never going back there because it was just a waste

I was excited to try this place and was disappointed with the service and the way the staff treated me. They told me my dip manicure (without extensions/tips) and a gel pedi was almost $150! I felt like I was being scammed because I was new and not to mention I booked with Ana and she picked out my color and then handed me off to someone else. My nails also came out terrible and are not smooth. Be warned they add on an extra charge ($5-$7) for BS service; i.e. cleaning your cuticle

Just had a full set of acrylic nails and a full set of lashes after 3 months of quarantine! Anna as always does a great job. Kha lashified me he's awesome at doing my lashes . I would definitely recommend making an appointment before as they do have certain guidelines and can't have too many people at one time . People just be considerate and remember this is all new to us!

NEVER COME HERE EVER. TAKE THIS COMMENT SERIOUSLY ME AND MY FRIENDS HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 3 WHOLE HOURS. they charged us $16 extra for BS add-ons and the job they did was horrendous. this is ridiculous. The lady doing my friends toes got more nail Polish on her Birkenstocks then her nails. I have never been this mad in my entire life. never come here.

The salon was decorated super cute and was very clean, which is always a good sign. I work in the area and decided to run and get my nails done during my lunch break but, did not have the best experience, which makes me super upset because I hate not having something positive to say. I opted for the dip manicure, as I always do. The technician did not have me wash my hands after the nails were filed so the nail shavings got painted under the topcoat leaving my dark red nails spotted with tons and tons of white specks. I live a hour away and happen to be in the area for a baby shower and needed to kill sometime. Decided to yelp; a little skeptical this place had 3 stars but I was willing to just do a pedi and a basic mani. Walked in super cute, CLEAN and very nice ( I had my 2 year old daughter with me) I'm big on brands and they carried good quality brands so I got gel mani. My nail tech was very good. My feet and nails came out so clean and pretty!I mention how come the had only had 3 stars!Under new management! I'm impressed;I would make a monthly trip there that's how satisfied I was!

Best full set I've ever gotten in my life. My nails actually look real! The technician who did my nails, I think her name was Anna? Did An amazing job. Paid very close attention to my nails, made sure that both hands match and it was just very obvious that she took pride in her work.
