I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago and had one of the best pedicures of my life, I think it was the lavender one. I feel like I have brand new feet! I got a regular French manicure on the toes and a gel French on my hands and two weeks later everything is still looking really good save for one rouge nail (kinda expected on my part). My technician really took her time to get the French tip looking nice on each nail. It was a little priceier than I I'm used to but it was for my sister's wedding and I will definitely be going back to get a color change soon.

I went for a mani/pedi, and the nail technician gave me a great massage in hands and feet. There are two things I didn't like about the place: she barely cut my cuticles (which it makes me feel like my mani/pedi are incomplete), and they charged me $5 for only ONE tip/extension I asked to put in one of my nails that is always breaking. The salon is following Covid guidelines, and it was crowded. I prefer small salons that feels more relaxed, and less rushed.

I got a gel manicure for vacation here (and an $80 pedicure spending over $100); but I prefer my natural nails so when I returned from vacation I went in to have the gel removed and get a regular manicure. The… woman was very unprofessional. 1.Never introduced herself. 2.Insisted I get a gel manicure and SCOFFED at me when I said it ruins my nails and I don’t want it. So she waved me off to “go, go pick color!” 3.When I asked about doing the trendy ‘each nail a different color thing’ she chuckled and said it was for “the young girls”. 4.She RUSHED

I went here Friday 6/26. The nail tech rushed through both my gel manicure and pedicure. There were parts of every nail without polish. I know the nail salon was going to close at 7pm but I called and they told me to come in at 550pm. Then she rushed through everything.
I am not one to write reviews but the nails looked terrible. The water in the pedicure was also freezing cold but they called me and told me the water heater was broken and I said it was okay and I would still get the pedicure. Will not be coming back.

COVID SAFE: Ive always been very happy with the service and results at Aria. I see Eva though Ive seen others and also been happy. I usually get a spa pedicure and gel manicure. They have excellent protocols for covid. Theybhave hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in. They take your temperature then immediately direct you to the bathroom to wash… your hands. The whole place was always clean but now looks even cleaner. They spray everythinf down between clients and have clear plastic partitions between clients. Their staff is always very friendly and they continue to be friendly and confident

Came to the salon a couple weeks ago and I was very surprised with my service. I had been going to Aria regularly before COVID19. They used to have paraffin wax and back massages with their manicures. After COVID, there was no paraffin which I understand and also no massage. The technician did not soak my cuticles and cut them dry which was the most uncomfortable experience. She cut me twice to the point of bleeding. I’m not sure if cutting them dry was a precaution to the virus but I would never want to go through that again. The gel polish came out good but I like to get my nails done to relax

Rachel and Yumi are amazing and really pay attention to detail but unfortunately my gel manicure was chipping very easily. It happened two times but I still gave them another chance because the girls are very nice but last time they chipped within 2 days and that was it for me so I have decided to go elsewhere.

I’m super upset about the manicure I got from this Salon. When they first opened the service was great and the manicures lasted incredibly well. It seems that now the quality of service has decreased. I had my nails done this past Thursday - I was a bridesmaid in my cousins wedding on Saturday and needed them done for the event. I had a gel manicure and pedicure totaling $85 and my manicure was chipping the morning after I had it done. The wedding wedding was in the white mountains so there wasn’t even a place I could have them fixed The day of. It didn’t even make it through the wedding
