very rude, un safe, rushes you to pick colors, is rude when you don’t like the color, grabs the wrong color and doesn’t correct it, cuts nails way to short than asked, doesn’t listen, the staff talk , loud, not calming, not clean, messy tools nail , pulled at hands and blames mess ups on clients, I will not be back this place .

The worst manicure I've ever gotten. My fingers were cut and bleeding because the technician kept gouging me. My fingers and nails look horrible, I will not go back and I will definitely discourage anyone from going there. Huge disappointment!

I’ve been going to mail gallery for about 3 years, during covid I had to stop and for a short period I went to another nail salon since NH opened sooner. The moment I realized nail gallery was open again I immediately returned as their customer service is outstanding. Although I’ve mostly stuck to the owner lieu doing my nails I have had some of the other staff do then as well and have always been happy. The site is always clean, and I always feel comfortable and welcomed when I walk in. I always get greeted with a hello Amanda, how are you from not just one but atleast 3 of the technicians

I went to this salon to remove the gel from my nails from my wedding. I chose here because it is extremely close to my house. The other technicians seemed friendly. My woman was difficult to hear. They scraped the heck out of my nails leaving them visibly scratched and damaged and I still have noticable sections of gel on 3 of my nails. I will not return.

I went in a couple days ago for a mani pedi. I did get right into the chair but the service was not good. I’m not sure of her name who serviced me but she was rude. Everything she did for me she didn’t seem like she wanted to do it at all and was aggressive with her work. My middle finger even started bleeding. I’ll never come here again, and my nails chipped literally the NEXT day. Never again.

I went in for a manicure on my lunch time. it was fast, and the woman who greeted me was very sweet. my manicure however, was not very well done. my thumb nail has a finger print that was not from me, it has a couple bubbles, and isn’t very even in color. my index finger is dented and bubbled as well. i also had polish on my left hand that was completely ignored that i removed myself. the woman that did my nails was quiet and rough with my nails and hands. she was also not very friendly.

I just got my nails done by Kim for the first time. I've read the reviews about her and it's all true. She is amazing, so kind and very talented. She pays attention to every detail. If you like to have your cuticles done here might not be the right place for you, but in terms of fake nails and dip powder, they are great. In comparison with many others salons in my opinion this one it's simply THE BEST.

This place is A++. The most comfortable I've ever felt in a nail salon. The chairs are the best and the staff is SO friendly. My pedicure was amazing (getting the deluxe is soooo worth it) and my nails and eyebrows are perfect. My nail tech Trinity was so friendly. I will be back, this is my new spot!

I've been coming to this salon for about a year since the new owner, Kim took over. Before her, I had a technician for 15 years who was amazing. After moving I had to find a new place. Kim convinced me to do dip. My nails went from super weak to naturally very long and strong. My fill lasts me a month but I go every three weeks. Shes super creative and pays close attention to what happens in her place. I'd recommend her all day long. She's been really good for me and my nails.

Kim is this salon's manager, and she's the best at dipping powder nails! She's done my nails for years, I lost her for 11 months when she left her previous salon, but I'm soooo happy to have found her here!
You can always get options for appointments and every employee is great! The salon is great and prices are competitive.

I started going to Kim recently and every single manicure has been great! She does a great job at dip powder manicures and is talented with the sparkle ombré dip powder manicure. She has awesome attention to detail and is very nice. I highly recommend going to the Nail Gallery. I will definitely keep going back!

I have been going to see Kim and her crew at The Nail Gallery in Woburn for upwards of 7 years now and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Their salon is clean, the off street parking is a breeze, their employees are friendly and Kim gives the best acrylic / gel fill around. In fact, she does such a good job that I still find myself commuting, yes COMMUTING, almost an hour because she does such a wonderful job. Lastly, they honor their appointments, which is VERY important to me. So basically, if you value your time and you want a beautiful manicure / pedicure from a clean, reliable location

I went here on a Friday night because my normal place was packed. When I got here, there was only 1 other customer (should have been a red flag), but I still stayed because obviously there wasn't a wait.
Now the nightmare occurs. The guy that did my nails was nice enough I guess. However he took FOREVER to do my nails. I only came for a fill-in and was here for an hour & a half....yes an hour & a half for just a fill & paint, no gel or anything special.
My nails were long from growing out and I didn't even have him cut them down because I didn't want to add any additional
