Ed is one of the best maintenance guys I have had the pleasure to meet. He is always there when you need anything, and never keeps you waiting!! I couldn't ask for a better maintenance professional.

The current property manager that we have now is Erin and she is wonderful! At first I was dreading someone new because I thought she would be another one who didn’t do anything or care about the complex like the last two didn’t but she does. We have been here for 4 years and have had nothing but problems and issues and nothing has ever been taken care of just brushed off because the last two didn’t want to deal with anything and just cared about their paycheck, but Erin is different there has definitely been a huge change since she started working here! I've been living here for a few years now and feel really comfortable calling this place home. The apartments are well maintained and serviced. The maintenance guy Ed always makes the residence needs a priority and is always prompt with correcting any issues giving him a total thumbs up. Total Kudos to Ed.

I am very happy with my apartment and the community. Ed, my number one guy, is the best. Not only responsible, but very trustworthy. Erin, the manager, is very attentive and responsive to any request and/or concern.

Truly a great place to live. Affordable, clean and always on top of everything. Especially the maintenance. They always make sure that every request is handled in a timely fashion. Ed is the maintenance man at Pineview Apts. where I reside. He is always on top of everything and manages to get what you need done in a timely manner. I'm a single Mom who can't fix much so having him help me with no hesitation is such a relief. Gives me good advice and best of all my dog likes him!

We are very happy here. The office manager Erin is very lovely. The maintenance guy Ed is also great. Very personable and trustworthy. He keeps the grounds very neat and stays on top of everything. It's pretty quiet here and we haven't had any issues with neighbors. Thank you for keeping the place nice!

Ed the maintenance man is a wonderful, caring and amazing gentleman! He always goes above and beyond for anyone he meets, he always has a smile on his face, greets you and always makes time for any of your concerns or problems even though he has so much to do and never stops to take a breath! I really wish they would value him better and give him so more help! This complex would be at a loss without him because he does so much and actually cares about his work and the people that love here! He should definitely get more help, a bonus and a big fat raise!
