My Daughter went on a tour of one of the apartments. The lady was rude extremely unprofessional. She felt uncomfortable from the start of the visit. Told her if she had a pet an apartment would probably never open. That she should look else where. It's really sad that people are so nasty these days. Who would want to live in a place with employees like that

I moved in February of 2020 and in the beginning the property was beautiful and apartments were large and spacious. Customer service is horrendous though. During my time there I had a neighbors ex husband harass my family and children to the extent that I was spit at and the police had to come and property management did nothing. I have two small children and needed to remove myself from the property for the safety of myself and my children and instead of apologizing I was told that because I was leaving I needed to pay a $400 fee and the rent until the property was re rented. Not once out of the

Just got off the phone with the lady at the leasing office. No customer service skills, no professionalism she should be doing something else besides answering phones.

I was told a unit was ready for move in (june). they have me set up a meeting for Sunday at 11...I reconfirm the availability and scheduled appointment on the Friday before this and they reconfirm the available room.
When I arrive I am told no rooms are available until a new building is finished for move in (August). DISGUSTED with the lack of customer service. This just goes to show how little Management cares about their tenants so it's a good thing they wasted so much of my time. It showed me what a nightmare it would be to live here.

This was my first apartment I ever had and at first I thought that it was perfect for me and my family. But after dealing with a rude neighbor who had a problem with my child of special needs she took me to court for noise complaint against a toddler and the complex took her side. There solution was to move my family to another unit and was told it will be a simple move and that I would have to sign a new lease. Literally weeks after moving in I had issues with maintenance, bugs all over, my doors weren’t even screwed in correctly and no one cared. Then I got a bill saying that I was getting

This apartment complex and working with Middlesex management will nickel and dime you for anything they can get away with. The living experience was terrible. They never told us our apartment had flooded before we moved in. The carpets were terrible with a huge circle with mold underneath that we had to wait 2 and 1/2 months to get fixed. Our child was an infant at this time and we were sleeping and breathing in the mold every night. We reported them and they finally came to fix it but only fixed a patch of the carpet instead of ripping it out and giving us new carpet. The flood was so bad it completely

I don’t agree with any of the one stars here...we have had a great experience here and continue to do so. With he specials we took advantage of, we have a 1325sq ft 2 bed 2 bah with den and porch for $1695.
The unit is brand new, new appliances, new rug etc... a rare find anywhere in this price range. Yes there are no playground but there is a park up the street where we take our child.
As far as the amenities go, you don’t have to pay for them... 10$ a month for the pool and 10$ for the gym isn’t a bad deal.
Plenty of parking. Safe. Friendly people. I do not think you can find a home
