I love it here. The manager was sweet, and honest. Its a friendly neighborhood. I love it here its beautiful. Its big in the inside of the apartment. Neighbors are nice. I havent ever had a neighbor introduced there self to me. When I first moved in tla place. Thats one the things I really inspired me especially during the pandemic. I thank God for all the worker that work there. Everyone does a great job...

I have inquired many times with no call back. The first time I called and someone answered that said all the apartments listed online were going to people. I didnt even get a chance to tell her what time frame I was looking to move to further inquire (which is why I called a few times, left voicemails and submitted info online requesting more details.

Prior to our new ownership, I would have given Lakestone 5+ star rating. We were just bought by a for profit company that is notorious for buying mixed income communities and then pricing them to the max. This year my rent is going up a whopping $285 or 33% with 30-60 days notice. New management does not care that they are losing long term tenants. I have a meticulous record of paying rent for the decade I've lived here. I've never been late once yet they would rather see me leave, flip my apartment and take a chance on some other tenant. The windows need to be replaced and always have yet new

I just moved in a few months ago when i applied to fill a open spot with my current roommates. Had called in almost daily for two weeks to see if i was going to get the okay and found out after i applied that because of the new ownership that the server change was holding up their computer use. I only was able to move in at the last minute because they brought my file to another landlord. I cant understand how three disabled adults are expected to pay $1200 a month for rent with a broken washing machine and no access to the community laundry room.

I have lived here for a year now and have absolutely no issues. The complex is safe, pet friendly, family friendly and in a great location!! Teresa the property manager is always friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. Any maintenance issues I have had which was one was taken care of immediately! I have rented the clubhouse twice now which is an awesome perk! The pool is an awesome addition to the property in the summer, the only con is the hours of the pool. Sincerely, one happy resident!!

If I could give no stars I would. This place is holding out deposit which is against the law, do not live here I wouldn't recommend even my worst enemy to live here they are a joke. After Theresa was incompetent, rude, and completely disrespectful to former residents I got ahold of her boss. Her boss Kelley was somewhat helpful saying she would get us our refund in two weeks. We are now at that two weeks and guess what..no surprise NO REFUND. This company admitted that it was their mistake yet we are suffering for their stupidity!?! Why hmm maybe because big nasty companies like this one can take

Lakestone is a great place to live. I highly recommend this family and pet friendly apartment complex.
The complex is off the beaten path, scenic and quiet.
Friendly and attentive management and maintenance staffs.
Convenient office hours.
Emergency maintenance service is on point.
Mind blowing variety of bugs and wildlife but that comes with living in the woods and near a lake.
I love my bright, airy, spacious and comfortable apartment.
Thus far, I have renewed my lease once and plan to do so for many more years.

If you are looking for cheap housing, you might think Lakestone Apartment would be okay. Well it is not. Water pressure is so low it take forever to run a sink of dish water. The hot water never really gets hot. There are so many different types of bugs that get into the apartments, and I am not talking about roaches. The walls are painted such a dull depressive color. The windows do not allow sunshine to come into your apartment, which creates a dark and depressive living environment. If you are hiding out from anyone, Lakestone is the place for you. It is stuck way back in a dead-end point and

I have lived in Lakestone for eight years now and I absolutely love it.
I have found that Keri Franchek, the mgr is one of the most caring person I have met in my life. She has been down many more rough road's than one would expect.
Thanks Keri for making Lakestone a beautiful place to live.
Kudos to the maintenance crew!
