We have had nothing but issues with this company since they took over for mateer properties. Much like the person below this review they never let us know when they were coming by. And when they scheduled a time to come they never did!!! I have never seen such poor and irresponsible management in my entire life!! One big issue for me is the fact that my neighbor was able use her key and unlock my apartment and walk right in. After notifying the apartment manager about this i heard NOTHING from them about it. Obviously this is a huge red flag as my apartment is not secure. Very disappointed in this

Renting from this company so far has been alright. My only complaint is they took 2 weeks to fix the heat in my apartment in below freezing temps. Management had to order a new heater, but nobody bothered to let me know or keep me in the loop. Multiple times maintenance was scheduled to show up, they never did & nobody let me know. When maintenance did come, I asked for a specific time so I could make sure I wasn’t showering and was prepared for them to show, as I do live alone, yet nobody responded to my texts or requests on the app. Would expect a little more communication and attentiveness

I have been a tenant for almost 8 years and these guys are AWESOME!! Any issue I have ever had I get an immediate response and service/repair is done within hours. Doesn’t matter how big or small, whether it’s a weekend or not, it’s done! I absolutely love these guys and highly recommend using them!! You definitely won’t be disappointed!! They’re the best!!

10K realty property management is the definition of prestige property management!!!! They managed the unit I’ve leased for the past 3yrs, and the service is simply remarkable! Rent payments to maintenance request have been hassle free (MUCH APPRECIATED), and PROMPT( I’m talking same day service In most cases)! The staff is friendly, caring, available, and easy to talk to!!!! Needless to say I have no complaints... I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY!
