If I could give negative 100 stars, I would. People beware -- this is NOT a company you want to do business with -- the lead lady, Jessica Composto, is a witch. The staff are void of empathy and customer service and being the last name Composto is fairly common among their small staff, must be family run and you know how that goes. Do yourself a favor and keep moving along. Don't say I didn't warn you. So glad to be rid of them forever!!!

If I would have searched and checked who they were and not what they claim, I would have never dealt w/them. I felt and still feel how deceptive that they are. My only human face to face interface with them was at the time of the showing. As others have mentioned here, the town house was not ready for a move-in. Exactly as the other tenants complained, the property did not look that it was ready for a move in. There were excessive scuffs, holes, nails and screws on the walls all around that needed a professional painting.

Jessica helped me purchase my first home. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and excited. I would email her homes that I thought were "perfect" and she would explain to me why they wouldn't work based on what I had told her I needed/wanted in a home previously. She reassured me and told me to trust the process. She was always very quick to respond to any and all of my questions (and there were a lot). Jessica was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the entire process, honest, patient, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I would highly recommend

Stay away from Tradewinds Properties. They would not return my deposit even after the renters allowed their dogs to urinate on my walls, destroying my baseboards. The renters also did not close the shower door for two years, and never let me know it was not completely fixed, causing mold in my master bathroom. They are crooks. Stay away from Jessica and Judy Composto. I would give them a 0 rating if I could.

I'm quite surprised to see several negative reviews. Over 7 years of using Tradewind properties as our property manager for two properties, we only had good experiences. I have no complaints about the communication.I asked my tenants several times about their experiences with Tradewind and they had no complaints. I would use their services again And I recommend Tradewind Property to my friends

Don't do it I'm warning you this company cares nothing about you they laughed in my face when I had concerns that I wanted to speak to them about they have zero communication ability I rented 5 years from them and they had no cares about me as a client at all I will never ever ever ever rent with this company again

They managed my property for seven years and pocketed over $10000. When the tenant left they did an inspection and concluded the apartment was in good condition while it was trashed, the walls had markings and holes, the mirrors were broken, the carpet was torn and had paint all over it, the kitchen appliances were not functioning anymore. But they refused to take responsibility and pay for some of the damages from the tenant security deposit. later I called the tenant and found out that they did not get a penny of their security deposit back. I am taking them to court for fraud. Be careful with

Called and left a message last week, no returned phone call. Called again and they were processing someones application. I mentioned I called and didn't get a call back and the women was rude, short, and unwilling to apologize for the mistake regardless if it was hers. I will be on the look out for this company, as they seem uninterested in treating their possible tenants respectfully, a big red flag for renters.

Awful property management company! I knew the tenants were going to move out of a place that I inquired about- and put my inquiry in two weeks before the place was up for rent. I find out that they were going to start showing the place. I was then asked before my scheduled appointment to CALL THEM UP AN HOUR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT or else they would cancel my showing. Can you believe this? That is what I call poor customer service. The ownership is on me? Then we get there and this guy Matt doesn't even know anything about the property and would not really answer our questions

We have been renting with this company for a year and a half. At first everything seemed to be okay. The house was great inside but the yard looked a little sad. They never tried to fix it like they said they would. They just weed whipped the the weeds a little bit to make a little patch of dirt. Every time it came to renew our lease they would up the price of rent so we had to decide to move because it was just getting ridiculously high. My husband and I had a terrible experience with this company when we moved to the area from Washington, D.C. We rented a great house from them, but were so disappointed to see the condition of the house when we moved in. They had not repainted any of the walls, and in fact had patched holes in the walls and left the white spots, even on dark red walls. The house was in overall terrible condition. We had to call them almost weekly for a month to fix things that were breaking, and finally in November, a toilet overflowed and ruined the entire house. They did not come out until 72 hours after

Very poor communication skills. Extremely greedy and threatening towards tenants. I've never rented from anyone with such rude employees. Tradewind Properties regularly gave us less than 24 hours to show the property as well. Unhelpful, unprofessional, ungrateful, the list goes on. Do not do business with Tradewind Properties!!
