I've lived at these apartments for over 4 years. I get some new neighbors who's schedule conflicts with my own and now I'm being threatened with an eviction. It doesn't sit right with me. I shouldn't feel like I can't walk around my own apartment because it's late and the floor makes noise. Needs to be taken serious.

We have been residing here now for 4 years, and we just recently received for the very first time a noise complaint, and through that process, felt threatened with ease from the leasing office. We are on the second floor with 3 kids, fully noted and understood, HENCE we are mindful of being upstairs and correcting as see fit. But for the first paper trail to be filed with a threat of terminating our lease is not taken kindly and or lightly. Lets keep note of one thing, from the moment we moved in, we are SUPPOSED to be a waiting list for a 3 bedroom, with not ever a update, but yet quick to give

I applied for an apartment earlier this year and was added to the waiting list. I contacted the office a few weeks ago to request my security deposit back via voicemail and I have yet to receive a return call! I don’t have $200 to give away. They have not kept in contact about my position on the waitlist ever since I turned down the two bedroom for a three bedroom I believe back in April or May.

I have enjoyed living at Wellington at Western Branch Apartments for 2 years and have found the complex provides a safe, friendly, and quiet environment. Management and other personnel have created a Resident- Focused atmosphere and what few times I have had to call on Maintenance, they have been quick, knowledgeable, and resolved the issue the same day. The complex must have remodeled the kitchen with new appliances and the carpeting is practically new. I have been living at Wellington Apartments for a little over a year now. The apartments itself is very nice and very quiet.. I love it!!! The maintenance staff and housekeepers are always making sure the hallways and property is looking good for the residents. The lovely office staff is always there to meet your needs. I would most definitely recommend this place to call your home.

Wellington Apartments is a fantastic apartment complex! The management staff is always ready to help with any request. Their communication to tenants in regards to property updates are given well in advance. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds, and the hall/stairwell interior of the buildings super clean, even the public dryer lint filters are clean! They have office holiday theme "open houses" during the different seasons, and pool parties at the beginning and ending of the summer. Pros: the apartments are in a decent quiet area. The price is great. The apartments are updated and spacious. Staff are nice. They even give you until the 5th to pay your rent.
Cons: BUGS! From the day I moved here there have been water bugs and all kinds of spiders. I see a bug at least every other day. It is annoying and gross. My apartment is clean and well kept but the bugs won't go. They even came and sprayed and the bugs returned in a few weeks. THEY COME INTO YOUR APARTMENT WHENEVER THEY WANT! I don't live at these apartments, my friend does, but I went with her to look at them. They are super clean and well laid out. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and very willing to help my friend out. If I was looking for an apartment, this is where I'd go. My friend has no complaints and has been enjoying living there the past couple months!

I would just like to say that the staff here is wonderful. The lady's in the office are super sweet. If I have something wrong with my apartment I let them know about it and maintenance is quick to respond to fix my problem. They are very pet friendly, I bring my puppy in just to visit and the staff love her. It's always nice having a place and staff that loves animals! I personally love the Wellington at western branch. I would highly recommend living here. The apartments are nice and the prices for them are perfect. It is easy to get on the highway from here and the grocery store

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Absolutely worst apartments I've ever lived in! The apts are disgusting. There was mold everywhere in the shower that showed up just a couple weeks after living there and we noticed that it was just painted over to hide from the last people living there. There was also mold on the carpet. At least 3 or 4 times we didn't have hot water for several days. The entire time we were living there (1 year) our 2 bedroom doors were off the hinges, they came only once to fix it and by doing so made them worse! This is a horrible place to rent. They are inconsiderate and take advantage of their military tenants. They replace everything in the home from your pocket it doesn't matter how spotless your apartment is. The management is rude and they only pick up phone calls when they want to. They let any random person live in the apartments just to fill numbers. They know they're economical status and then they like to evict them. I would never recommend them. Stay away from there!

If you choose this complex to live in retain all of your payment receipts as they do not keep accurate records!! Twice they have tried to charge me for payments I have already made. I work in healthcare and do very well for myself so my bills get paid early! Maybe they thought that since I moved out of state I didn't keep my records. They even turned my name to a collection company on a bill I paid last year!!! So glad to be done with these people! I think they are stressing out because of all the competition from the newer complexes. Such a pity!!
