Clarissa and country are AMAZING. Ive been helped throughout my whole process and encountered nothing but patience and kindness. Their communication is great and they always answer or return phone calls ASAP. Very pleased with the customer service alone. I have a family member who lives here also and she has no complaints either.

I'll tell you what. I'd be lost without Boulder Creek. As a newly single person going through a lot of transition, I needed a place of my own to call "home." The staff was helpful and kind through the leasing process. They answered all my questions and made the adjustment to my home easier than I could have expected. I can't wait to build a community here!

I absolutely love my apartment! It's very spacious and great closet space. Nice carpeting throughout the unit. The staff are very warm and friendly, helpful. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner. Overall the atmosphere is pleasant and I enjoy staying here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

I LOVE living here. I have been here since April of this year and I have had really no complaints. Any issues I have are corrected. It is always kept up very nicely and the apartments are affordable and SPACIOUS. My walk-in closet is lovely and my sons soon to be nursery is the perfect size, The agents are very helpful and truly do care :) I will be renewing my lease in April

I have lived here for a few months now and it has been a good experience. From being used to living in a college house/apartment, living here has been pleasant. The staff keeps the property clean and well maintained. The people that I live around have been respectful. When I moved in my apartment was clean, if there were any issues I brought to attention they were taken care of. The staff has also been very good in communicating with me if I have any questions and respond in a timely manner. I would recommend living here.
