IPA Chiropractic is a Prenatal and Family Chiropractic clinic located in Mission Valley, the heart of San Diego. Chiropractic is a central component of any health and well being plan. We know this better than anyone and can make chiropractic fit into any lifestyle. IPA Chiropractic was founded in 2015 by Dr. Leigh A. Caulk.

Dr. Leigh absolutely alleviated my pregnancy back pain, however, like most chiropractors she insisted I keep coming in weekly. Since the pain was so bad, I came in twice a week for about a month and had no further alleviation. It was like a bandaid for two days. She made sure I left with no pain for that day but when I mentioned I still wasn't getting relief she discussed a monthly treatment plan leading up to my delivery and post partum plan. Unfortunately, I had to stop but when I enrolled in a new insurance and reached out via email to ask if she would be willing to accept it, she did not

I was referred to Dr. Leigh by a friend when I was 16 weeks pregnant. By far the best decision I have made! Dr. Leigh has helped with all the aches and pains of my growing baby and is helping my body be prepared for delivery.
On top of helping with my pregnancy pains, she is also helping me with my TMJ. In just one adjustment I was able to open my jaw further and more easily than I have in years. I have seen many TMJ specialist and physical therapist since I injured my jaw in 2013 and no one has been able to help me like Dr. Leigh has.

Dr. Leigh is incredible! I've had an injury for years now that's effected my upper back and neck and saw numerous doctors. Some chiropractors would not even treat me because of the rare nature of my injury. Dr. Leigh took the time to explain a solid plan for long term improvement and I saw a difference after the first few treatments. Some chiros get you in and out and seem to cram as many appointments as they can in a day. Dr. Leigh takes the time to custom treat you. So grateful!

I found IPA Chiropractic through Yelp because I was in my second pregnancy and chasing around a toddler I was already very uncomfortable and sore in my second trimester. Dr.Leigh helped me create a prenatal package for myself and I started seeing her during my third trimester. In that third trimester she adjusted me and helped me deal with a lot of stress. I had the energy, patience and capability to chase around my two year old without feeling back pain, soreness, or even swollen!

I have had a backache and I went to IPA Chiropractic and I have felt fresh with no pain after the session. A thorough and informative examination has helped me to have better understanding about my spine and body alignments. One day my grandfather was in pain for his back disk and he got 3 sessions and could feel more relaxed after it.

I have been to other chiropractors before and Dr Liegh knows what's up. She worked on my lower back using a technique called grazing, i think I spelt grazing right. Anyway she was able to lower some lower back tension/pane after just one visit and I was able to maintain those results.
I went surfing the next day after my visit had one of the best surfs in a long time because I had a new level of movement in my lower back.

I started coming for chiropractic adjustments several weeks ago with Dr Leigh. Ive had chronic hip pain- and am pregnant! When I started looking into things I could do to help with my pain and prepare my body to have a healthy pregnancy, I found that IPA as a place that was familiar working with pregnant women. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes me feel really safe- even with the adjustments (which I'm still getting used to). My hip is already starting to feel so much better and I'm hopeful this will help my pelvis open up as my pregnancy gets further along. I am also seeing results

Dr. Leigh is great! Came in for the Facebook deal of consult & massage. I've had back/hip pain for years & have done physical therapy & meds for relief. After my first pregnancy it got worse & doctors kept blaming pregnancy saying it would eventually go away. It didn't & so I decided to try chiropractic care for the second pregnancy. I feel so much better after just a few weeks, & the price felt reasonable to keep on coming back! Also the receptionist is always friendly & pleasant, which is a plus. I am no longer a skeptic & definitely recommend!

Every time I come in she spends lots of quality time with me until I'm fixed. I was amazed that Dr. Leigh did not just rush me out the door like most Chiropractors. I was suffering from severe back pain and headaches. Two doctors had recommended spinal fusion surgery. Thanks to Dr. Leigh, I am no longer in pain, my headaches went away, and I do not need surgery. If you want a Chiropractor that truly cares about you and will spend quality time with you, then I definitely recommend Dr. Leigh.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! The experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Dr. Leigh really listened to what my wants and expectations were and helped formulate a plan to help correct my back issues.
