Dr. Connell identified what was making my eyes so tired. He explained the reasons for different aspects of the exam. Since I was not eligible to get new glasses through my insurance, they provided me with a paper copy of the prescription to take elsewhere. My eyes are much better now. Overall, it was a positive experience.
I visited their new location today. I had another great experience. Dr. Connell took the time to investigate what was going on with my eyes. He discovered some subtle changes that have recently affected my vision. He was very thorough in my examination. I never felt rushed.

Last week I brought my kids in for an appointment and today I had an appointment I could not be more happy with this place. I was very hesitant to get glasses for the first time but Martin did a great job helping me out and making me feel comfortable. The whole staff there was very friendly and helpful could not ask for a better place

I've been a patient for the last five years, and was very happy to hear the Hedges family had sold the practice to an Optometrist who would keep the same name, location & phone number. My daughter and I had eye exams yesterday, and I was extremely pleased with Dr Connell and his staff! The office is much nicer since the renovation, and the… equipment seemed to be more advanced (no more dilation). The prices were very reasonable, with a wide selection of products. I'll definitely be recommending this office in the future! Thanks for the great patient care and customer service!
