Things got a bit hairy with complications during her surgery, but they rallied and pulled her through. I have had to take my dog two times to Dr. Moss and have enjoyed it every time. So much, that I will be switching from our current doctor to him. The staff is great and caring, and the cost for his service is similar to what I already pay. I also like that the practice is owned by Dr. Moss and not a corporation.

Dr Moss is an incredible vet. He loves my pup and even saved his life with an emergency surgery. He is open and honest and his love for animals shows. Quinn, who is part of the staff, treats my pup with love as well and is a great guy. I couldn't recommend this hospital any more than I do. Thank you Kaysville Veterinary Hospital!!

They were open on q holiday qnd very helpful
However, all yhey did was tell me my dog was in heat, then charge me the $75 fee and send me on my way. I felt like they didn't provide resources or information and useless charged me the full exam fee when all they told me was she was in heat. Otherwise the staff was friendly and they even sent me a card after to welcome me into the family.

Very clean, nice place. Dr. Moss was incredibly knowledgeable about my tortoise, and he gave him a very thorough checkup. He explained everything he was looking at, and why it needs to look or feel a certain way, indicators of bad health, etc. It was all nice to know. He talked to the tortoise, which is oddly comforting when you're a pet owner. It's nice to see someone treating your pet like a perceptive being.

Update to my review ... Dr. Moss did contact me, as per the invitation below. He did refund my $25 and for that I am most grateful. However, I still feel that reviews are helpful to other existing and potential clients, both the good and the bad, therefore, I am choosing to leave my review here. Dr. Moss was super friendly on the phone, but wasn't too interested in any feedback (at least he didn't ask for any regarding my experience), but I was grateful that he was willing to refund my money.
