We just relocated to Layton from Gilbert, AZ. It was very hard to leave our vet Dr. Tony Alber, who has cared for Marley for over 10 years. Dr. Fawcett at Layton Veterinary Hospital was very kind and easy to talk to. I'm happy to have found a friendly vet and look forward to a long term relationship with them.

I took my dog in for the first time to get a checkup and vaccinations. Everyone was so excited to see my dog and they were all friendly and professional. I barely waited 3 minutes before they brought us back and the appointment only took around 10 minutes. The vet was very friendly and he and the tech did everything they could to keep my dog calm and comfortable while they examined him and administered shots. I would recommend Layton Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a good veterinarian!

I’ve loved working with them for both regular and now emergent cases, and they do incredible work in both! I also wasn’t charged exorbitant fees for same-day appointments for an emergency, which was so appreciated! I’ll always come back to these guys

They charged me $80 for a basic check up for my kitten and a cytology report they didn't even ask permission to do. Apparently it costs $30 extra for them to look at a Q-tip for 2 seconds to confirm that he didn't have ear mites. They did not communicate with me that they were conducting an extra procedure which would cost that much more.
On top of that, the Vet tried to send me home with a prescription for my cats ears when he said there wasn't anything wrong with them! Makes no sense. When I asked the front desk why my bill was so much higher than I expected (I called ahead and

I've been to many vet clinics and this office is by far my favorite! My appointment wasn't an emergency, so I can't speak for the urgent side of things. It did take quite a few days to be seen, but the staff and Dr Fawcett were amazing. They addressed all of my concerns and helped me fix every one of them. I def will be going back and telling others of this location.

Harry and Willy were seen by Dr Fawcett he was very patient with them. They were very nervous because they need 4 shot, they're nails clipped and were mico chipped . They have a great staff and talked quietly to Harry when he got his nails clipped even though he was squealing. They were very reasonably priced I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Our current vet in Clinton, got too expensive. A friend told me I should try Layton Veterinary Hospital; said Dr. Fawcett was good, and less expensive.
So we took our two dogs to them for their annual checkup - Dr. Fawcett was very nice and the final bill was 1/2 the cost of our last vet.
We also paid extra to have one dog put out and have teeth cleaned - again the bill was almost 1/2 the cost of what was estimated at old vet; a good job was done.
Glad we made a change,
