Horrible experience!! Stay away!!
-dirty dishes and cookware!
-light fixture out in bedroom by the kitchen
-sent us to the wrong address and had to try and get my money back with my bank because we already ordered groceries the house on our drive over (that wasn’t our rental!)
-didn't provide a grill (that was stated would be there) then brought a grill on night 2 not put together and no propane .
-communication was unprofessional and non responsive
-dirty water dispenser
-power outage on day two and not giving us any choice but to leave. Host tells us they could’t find electrician.

These few photos don’t even show the fingernail clippings found on the counter or the grime around the base of the toilets or the myriad of other disgusting and stained furnishings, comforters, floors and counters - all of which we have on video. We left within an hour of arrival- couldn’t imagine getting into the beds based on how disgusting the rest of the house was. We called Goodnight Stay’s 24/7 “concierge” line and were offered cleaners to come the following day. We booked this property a month and half prior and prepaid all of it- so not sure why it wasn’t clean upon our arrival

Our stay in Scottsdale was incredibly unsatisfactory. The house wasn’t clean when we got there and we were told we would be contacted when it was ready. No one contacted us, so we finally just went back to the house.
There was garbage in the yard.
There was a cabinet door missing in the kitchen.
ALL of the shower heads were broken.
We were told the pool heat would be on and it wasn’t.
There weren’t enough towels, hand towels or any washcloths.
The master bed didn’t have a duvet cover.
There was gross garbage leakage in the garage.
We were there for Thanksgiving week and the oven

From the outside the house looked very nice, and upon entering the common area was very spacious. I paid ($450 for 6 days) extra to have the pool heated for our stay, only to find out that the heat was not turned on.. I immediately called Good Night Stays (GNS) and they told me that it could be turned on the next day, but that it would take 4-5 days for the pool to warm up, I declined their offer, and they refunded the extra charge that evening. GNS is very precise and detailed in the way they wanted trash and recycling disposed of, how ever the trash and recycling bins on the side of the property

The house was about $3,000 for four nights. It was disgustingly filthy. The kids walked around for a couple of minutes in their socks before we realized the floors were turning their socks black. Dead bugs and dust everywhere. Rusted paint cans, garbage, cigarettes and dog feces all over the yard. Doors wouldn’t shut and a myriad of poor maintenance. We called Goodnight and they sent a maintenance man and said a cleaning crew would come the next day. We stayed home waiting for them to came. They never did. They charge a $350 cleaning fee. What a rip-off. Never again.

When we spoke with your office last week regarding all of the issues that we found or uncovered when we stayed at 2009 80th street last week I was told that Good Night stay team would proactively reach out to me at the end of our stay to discuss a full review and a comprehensive assessment of our refund request.
We checked out on Sunday morning and beyond the obligatory 'check out' email, your company has not reached out to us some 48 hours later.
Here is a summary of the home's issues:

Stumbled into this property management group through another rental agency and had an immediate and helpful response. All questions were answered promptly and the property came as advertised. Immaculate!!
I had a couple things that needed to be addressed while staying at my rental and I was very happy with the responses and outcomes.
I will definitely use goodnight stay again. If the home quality and the customer service continue to meet the high standards they’ve already set, I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Before the trip I spoke with them on the phone to discuss some details, they were easy to talk to, willing to accommodate and professional.
