Scottsdale Rentals' founder, Jim Bizily, is a long-time vacation rental expert and has been in the business for almost 20 years. His first property management company grew out of experiencing disappointment and frustration in the service he received from other management companies. Moving from San Diego to Park City, he began his first company to management his and his family members' properties, thus Park City Rental Properties was created.

Our stay at “Ashley’s Place” is as everything we needed for our family get away. Outside of my personal error of misplacing the key to the house, our stay was flawless. You even had someone on site first thing the next morning replacing the key, making sure we didn’t have another hiccup during our stay.
The beds were super comfortable, the amenities, activities, kitchen extras, etc were all above board and overall one of the best stays we have had in a vacation rental.
We would highly recommend any property under the “I Love Scottsdale” brand of homes.

Group of us stayed with Scottsdale Rentals for getaway vacation. The house was amazing and had everything we needed from the heater pool to other outdoor activities. From booking the home to any questions we had the host was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely matter.
