I have rated this a ONE star only because I have no other option to rate it any lower !! Myself and a group of lifelong friends had booked the Mummy Mountain home for all of our 50th birthday celebrations in April of this year. However, due to the COVID19 pandemic, we were unable to travel , could not go. Upon request of reimbursement for services NOT rendered , we have been blocked from even calling the business !! Stayed a week in a Scottsdale house that was beyond the expectation of our 14 guests. The house was in impeccable condition, all furniture and electronics were new and in great shape, the pool and hot tub were a joy to use. Holiday Rental staff did a good job during the booking process and checking in on us during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. I would stay in this house and with this company again in a minute. Highly Recommended!!

Our experience with Holiday Rental was extremely positive. After a frustrating initial bump in the road with our 1st fully paid for contracted house (number of occupants ultimately too high for area and owner), JOE worked with me quickly to find another area home which would accommodate our large family group (18+). He absolutely turned around what could have been the end of our carefully planned vacation. The house was fabulous. We were able to fully enjoy our time. CHRIS greeted us for the walk thru, (even getting us in early) and was available via phone/txt anytime we had a question

We booked a home through VRBO. Signed the contract, made the payment! When everything was confirmed, we booked our flights. ELEVEN FLIGHTS!! We were excited!!!
The next day we were informed that we could not have the house that we had just booked and we would need to cancel it. The contract reads if the renter cancels the booking the money is nonrefundable. They told us "not to worry, whenever we selected a new home the money would be put towards the new place". We said no and they refunded the money. We asked them to send us homes

Rude. Unprofessional. Unorganized. I called and received a quote for $8,113.00 for a weekend trip at one of their luxury properties. When we called back to make a payment the price was then changed to $15,000. After expressing how ridiculous this was I was "given a deal" of $12,000.00.
Don't waste your time here. I can assure you none of the 14 of us ever will and will advocate against using them for any events in the future in Scottsdale.

We have rented a number of luxury Homes, condos and Villas all around the world. Other than the "Cave house" in Grenada, the "On The Rocks" house in Phoenix is the coolest house we have ever seen, much less rented. The house is also immaculately maintained. The quality of the finishes and the upkeep are second to none.

We loved every minute of our stay, we appreciate how responsive Holiday Rental staff was and Mary was a delight to work with. She put me at ease with their cleaning standards when it came to COVID. I stayed at one of the properties - a gorgeous 3 story cabin in AZ. It could not have been a better backdrop for my retreat. Not only was the cabin clean, spacious, with pretty much every amenity you can think of (fireplace, wrap around deck, huge lawn, tennis courts, charcoal and propane barbecues, jacuzzi, pool table, darts, shuffle board - the list goes on!), but the team were extremely communicative regarding our questions before, and during our stay.
It was an amazing trip and their teams' efforts, and the beautiful cabin, made it even more difficult to leave!

We just got back from our stay at Scottsdale Estate Villa and we had the most magical time. Our kids really enjoyed the heated pool, the views and the enormous backyard. The staff even checked us in personally and answered all of our questions. I cant wait to use HolidayRental again. Thanks again Jen for recommending this home for our family

On The Rocks is a fabulous house to rent. Plenty of room for a large group not only for sleeping but also if you want some quiet time for yourself. Numerous TV's, putting/chipping green, horseshoes, corn hole and the pool/hot tub, there is no reason to have to leave to do anything else. Owls and hawks will keep you very occupied as well as the sunsets you will experience. On The Rocks has something for everyone. Holiday Rental personnel are very professional and timely addressing issues that arise during your stay. I would definitely look to use them again when looking to rent a house for a future

We stayed at On The Rocks in Phoenix, AZ for a friend 40th birthday celebration and it was nothing short of fabulous! The home was absolutely gorgeous and then pool/waterfall and grotto feature made it such a beauty to look at. Not to mention the top of the mountain views. We had Chef Christine in one night for a Steak dinner, that was fabulous and the cleaning service (daily) was so amazing. Would 1000% go back!! Thank you Holiday Rental :)

Our family just checked out of our villa we rented, City Views and WOW. I can see why they call the home City Views. The views were spectacular, I was working remote by the pool and it made my trip that much better. The views were incredible and the privacy it allows for is top notch. Pool was our favorite part of the Villa. We will be back again next April!

I've stayed at the Ritz Scottsdale and this was probably one of the nicest villas I've ever been. The service was top of line, everyone was super responsive, nice and very helpful. We had a pool cleaner come in everyday, and 2 hours of house cleaning. The house itself was absolutely stunning and worth every dollar. Definitely recommend staying at this place!

We had a pretty bad experience renting a vacation property from Holiday Rental.
An easily avoidable situation had they been upfront about an existing bee infestation that they were aware of and that rendered the pool/pool area of the property unusable.
Instead of enjoying the time we planned to relax with our family, we found ourselves spending far too much time dealing with bees and the property's management staff. In the we had to spend more time and extra money making alternative plans to entertain our kids away from the house.
Additionally, we were told in person and in writing

My family rented the city view house and it was a beautiful space. EXCEPT the pool was infested with bees and basically not usable. They were totally unhelpful and half heartedly tried a few things to fix the problem which didn't work. Worst of all the owners of the company were rude and threatening when the problem was brought up after our stay. They are the worst! We rent luxury houses several times a year for family gatherings and have never experienced anything close to this. There are tons of homes to choose from. Steer clear of these people.

Holiday Rental set the bar high during our recent trip to Arizona. Our four families loved the house so much that we barely made time to see the rest of Scottsdale. We had plenty of room, even with seven young children, and the Holiday Rental team took good care of us whenever we needed anything. The hot tub was just right (some "hot" tubs are more like lukewarm tubs, but not this one!), the fireplaces made the evenings cozy, and the views in the morning especially were spectacular.
