My wife a I loved Penthouse 1 and The Elements. The condo with it’s roof top solarium and dipping pool is where we spent a lot of time during the day. It is so private and large. It is beautiful with many plants and the dipping pool even has a waterfall.
Miguel from BRIC property management and his team were very responsive to any need we asked him about. The condo is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed having satellite tv that had stations from Seattle, Detroit and Canada as well as Netflix , HBO, Sports stations.

Every aspect of rental was excellent, from initial reservation to check-out. Concierge, Miguel, made contact within hours of our reservation and was always available for questions/concerns throughout our stay. We are 2 senior women who often travel alone. We always felt safe, in the unit, at the pool, at the beach, in cabs. We went to Xcaret, Xplor Fuego, and Xel-Ha. We like extreme adventures! What a fun vacation. I have no hesitation in ranking LaVista condominium and our vacation ambassador, V. Barajas, 5 stars. We were able to arrange with V. Barajas for an early check in. She was always available by text and fulfilled every request in a timely manner. Our condo is even better than the photos. It was spotless with an abundance of linens and towels, a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, second bedroom with king size bed, a private bath plus a third half bath, large washing machine and dryer. The location was perfect and having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms was really nice! The staff on site were friendly and responsive. The only issue we had was getting more garbage bags. We were told the owner of our unit only provided what we were given when we arrived which was one larger kitchen kitchen bag and NO replacements for the bathroom. As owners of vacation properties ourselves I would never expect my guests to have to go out of their way to purchase garbage bags. In my opinion that is a basic needed supply. I would also suggest supplying more towels/washcloths in the unit. What

The place was beautiful with a calm pool that wrapped around our condo. Be aware that you will need to bring your own dish detergent if you want to use the dishwasher, washcloths or sponges if you want to wipe down the kitchen counter, hand soap for the bathrooms and trash bags! In my opinion, these items should have been included or we should have been notified that they weren’t provided.
There was an ant infestation in the kitchen.
There were 2 big jugs for the in-room water cooler - which was very nice.
It took them almost 24 hours to get us a bracelet that was required to leave and enter

Our stay at The Elements in Playa Del Carmen was amazing. Our ambassador, Miguel took care of everything and if he wasn't personally available to address any issues, he had his staff on it immediately. Also, we were connected with Irving at VR-Tours who came and met with us personally in our condo to help answer questions about day excursions. I couldn't imagine better customer service anywhere and the setting was absolutely amazing (steps from the ocean, private beach, huge beautiful pool) within walking distance of any type of dining experience or shopping you would like. We will absolutely return

Stayed for 9 days in 205 Surf and it was great. Staff was wonderful and the massages by the pool were the best! Beautiful view of ocean and pool. Felt very safe with the security onsite at all times keeping non residents off property.. We heard very minimal noise in the condo from the nightlife next door to condos. The noise from late night beach goers could be heard on the patio but not in the room unless door was open. Would absolutely return to the El Faro

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DK5 in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
I was highly impressed with the studio layout and feel. There was
plenty of room, including a small kitchen, with a stove-top, and mini
fridge. The king size bed offers built in closets on each side for
storage/hanging clothes. The bed was incredibly comfortable too; we
had no issues falling asleep.
The space was white, bright, and impeccably clean. But that’s not all;
it was also decorated in an elegant Disco theme! Made for some
great fun photos.
