I live out of state and left my dogs insulin in the fridge in Maryland when I came up here to visit family. I called as a non-client and they were so helpful and with a faxed prescription were able to fill my prescription and save my dog from keto acidosis without overcharging or asking for an exam. As a receptionist at a vet clinic in Maryland, I know that their obligation to fill meds for a non-client is 0. They did it anyways and saved me from an emergency visit and made it possible to enjoy the rest of my trip without worrying about my mistake declining my babies health. I definitely recommend

I have been taking our dog, Irma, to the Hastings Vet Clinic the past 4 years that we've had her since my step-father passed away. The team is always willing to 'work something out' to get our little pet in and very responsive if we leave a message. Sadly, we had to put our little girl down this past week and I was counseled through the process by Dr. Brown and her Tech. Today I received a beautifully hand-written card from Dr. Brown that was personalized for our family. Thank you for making such a hard decision easier to make with your support and care.

I've used this vet clinic a few times and always been impressed. They are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The vet showed great compassion and bedside manner when giving me some bad news. (Wasn't their fault; was an old rescue cat who'd run out of luck - RIP Diocletian <3) They've been skillful and professional when treating our other pets, too. To top it off, this is somehow the lowest-priced vet I've ever been to. Very happy to have a veterinarian of this quality in town.

Absolutely amazing! My son's and I woke up around 9am to our 20year old cat not doing so good, we wanted to do whatever we could go help him pass peacefully. We called our vet of over 10years to get him in, they said we had to wait until after hours (so until about 6pm) for them to see him(if he would even last until then). They said nothing else they could do so I called Hastings Veterinary, never being there before and they were so wonderful from talking on the phone to getting us in ASAP to having us come in the side door so we didn't have to deal with all the people, the option of paying before
