We used Arthur for our new build pre drywall meeting and we couldn’t be more happier with our choice. He was so thorough in his observations, pointed out to everything that was concerning, very detail oriented. At the end he provided useful insight into everything he included in his report. We contacted Clear Home Inspection to perform some mold testing. Arthur contacted us quickly and after discussing our concerns he provided a very thorough explanation of the testing he would conduct. I was unable to be there the day of the service however he discussed his findings so thoroughly my wife was able to relay them to me and help me to understand without any confusion on either of our parts. The tests came back from the lab and he was spot on with his impressions and observations the day of testing. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

From the first phone call I new this was going to be our guy. Arthur was amazing very informative super kind just an all-around good guy to have around to do inspections. I have never received an inspection report that was so thorough and Visual , color coded by degree of importance which is very helpful. Arthur will definitely be our go to person in the future . If I could give Clear Home Inspection 10 stars I would. Art inspected my home carefully from top to bottom and everything in between. He focused on the important aspects of my house like the roof, siding, windows, structure, etc. I live in a new-construction neighborhood and he noticed simple things that no other inspector noticed in our entire neighborhood. He seemed well-versed in every part of the house- not just one part.
