Our home inspection report is modern, full of pictures and diagrams, and is very easy to read and understand. This is a one-hour Ohio CE. In this 2.5 hour class, you will learn about the home inspection process and common defects found in Ohio homes.

TK home inspectors came to inspect my new home. Their names were Jeff and Bob and they were very friendly and professional. The job that they did was nothing short of outstanding they were very excruciating in detail and when they were finished with their inspection they went over everything with me and also emailed me the same detailed inspection. Had a very good experience with the two guys that did our home inspection. Very professional looked at everything very thoroughly. Did not just come up with stuff to come up with stuff. They explained how to take care of simple things and what it would cost. Also offered to call them back if we had questions while we were doing the small repair. What was pointed out was explained very well and followed up on to ensure we understood what they meant. Nice perk was they provided bottle water (cold in cooler) and a snack box full of goodies.

My experience with TK Home Inspection was wonderful from start to finish. They were quick to get me scheduled and the turn around time of my report was within 24 hours.
