From the first time I got on the website, I was very pleased with First-In. I liked the transparent pricing and online scheduling. Dustin was early to the inspection and thoroughly explained everything he found. We felt very comfortable asking questions, had everything explained in detail on premise in case we wanted to see something in person, and received our report within an hour of leaving the house. Great company and guys who are definitely worth hiring!

Dustin was very professional, thorough, efficient, and skilled at giving home inspections. He found things in the house and rated them as major, minor, marginal, and a section to remind you about home maintenance.
At the end of his inspection, Dustin reviewed everything on his tablet and walked through all of the highlights.
I received the report via email the same day and was able to browse through all of the comments at my own pace.

Rick Vegh was fantastic. I have been through other home inspections where your left with far more questions then before, this one wasn't like that. He explained in detail what he found. The report came quickly, within minutes of the inspection. He was prompt. Scheduling was very easy through the website and I was able to have it done within days even around the Thanksgiving. Will use their services in the future to help make sure we stay on top of home maintenance and don't miss things as they come up. Thank you. Highly recommend using them.

Ron from First-In Home Inspection inspected a home I am in the process of purchasing and I can’t say enough how happy I was with the service he provided. He was thorough in his review of the property and took time explain what he found on the spot and answer all of my questions, not only about necessary repairs but ongoing maintenance as well. He followed up with a written report that provided a lot of detail and also a handy summary of the items that needed repair. The report also included helpful tips, which I greatly appreciated being a new homeowner in this geographic area of the country

Rick was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to meet him and have him to do a home inspection for us on the property that we are buying. As soon as the inspection was done, we had the report right then and there. Rick also went over the report with us to show us causes of concerns and what needed repaired. Any time you need an inspection , I highly recommend that you call First-In Home Inspection because they know exactly what they are doing. I felt so free to ask questions. This is my first time buying a home, and they made the inspection part so easy and understandable. I really appreciate how thorough the inspection was. He did not miss a detail! It was also very helpful the way everything was color coded to how critical of an issue it was, including pictures for everything. The assessment documentation was well put together, so it was easy to go through what specifically needed to be fixed before closing.

Ron was absolutely fabulous! He was responsive to our questions and or concerns and was very thorough as he went through our home and up into the attic. He walked the perimeter and found things even we had missed. He was kind and supportive and all reports were done in a very timely manner – same day! I would definitely choose first in again and have recommended them highly to people I know contemplating moves. It also gave me extra peace of mind that these are off-duty firefighters who come in with extra experience. First In home inspections is at the top of my list among the best in the business
